She wasn't happy, being out in the city, but it had to be done. Her senses were alert as much as they could possibly be, in case the Vampire made an appearance. All the mortals were stirring her own instinct, and she forced herself to look at the sidewalk instead of deciding which one would make a good meal.

Confused, she takes one last look at a mortal before following him up the firescape. The height was reassuring, at least.

Pulling herself over the edge, she takes his hand once she's over. Trying not to smirk as she does, she looks at the cityscape. This was something she didn't see back home. Wincing as a pain in her temple told her that Kinikki was close, she sighs. Like she didn't know that. Sensing things was fine. But she senses everything.

*Cady sits in the back of his limo. toying with his new crossbow. Couldn't have a repeated put in because of the type of ammunition, but he didn't mind. It had a sniper scope and fired red-hot metal rods which could pin victims to almost any surface. Wonderfull innovations. He still has his handguns, of course. He ets out of the car and takes in the night air. Nearby mortals look a bit worried about some guy staing there with a crossbow and glowing red bolts, a couple of guns on his holster, but those mortals flee soon enough. A group of mortals move up to him, hands moving to their own weapns. A couple of knives, a gun. They surround him and Cady smiles at them. One begins to talk*

hey, holmes. We dont like people carrying wepons on our turf.

*He pulls out the knife and in an instand it's planted in his own belly, Cady lifts the knife up, still in the man's hand and cleanly disembowels him. Before any of the others can react he snaps an arm, twisiting it all the way around, so the hand if facing the worng way. He turns to face the remaining two. One pulls out his gun and Cady leaps foreward, his palm striking the brel and bringing it upwards, he gets ahold of it and the man fire into the bottom of his own head. He graps the final one by the neck as he turned to flee, and brought the man close.*

And you have the honor of feeding 'El Diablo' asm I'm sure you'd call it

*The man struggles in vain, and Cady bites into the guys neck. He drinks quickly and throws the corpse aside*

Sensing him too, he looks to Xan. "Don't worry. I'm not going to let him hurt you." He smiles slightly, trying to calm her down a bit.

*Cady brgins to scale a building, via the drainipe. At one point it began to come away from the wall, but cady slamed his clawed fingers into the derelict mortar between bricks, and continued to climb. He reaches the top and sits down he begins to sing a sad, strange sounding song; it's in welsh. He brings the sight to his eyes and looks around, he sees the couple of lovebirds in their roost. His mortal informants were so usefull. He stops his singing and then his breathing, so that he is more steady. He aims the gun at the male, take him out and Xan would be easier to fall. He pulls the trigger and without waiting to see the result begins to reload.*

Hearing the shot he immediately ducks, pulling Xan down with him. Without thinking he pulls out his guns and shoots a few rounds in the direction that the bullet came from. He makes sure he stays in front of Xan to protect her.
