@Typhy: ::biscuits::
@Binatica: You basically just said this:
"I have nothing important or useful to say, so I'll insult you."
...Deity really doesn't care for insults. Someone who takes time into calling him names or making fun of him is pretty sad... =) ...seals, barriers, spells, pudding, apple pies with ice cream, pig-headed alligator chicken zombies....Deity doesn't care what you use. What he said still stands...there is no set standard for what is a natural ability and what is an unnatural ability. That in itself nullifies the purpose of the technique... =P

Son Hakkai Alright, what is up with the constant bickering. Everytime I come in here someone is arguing about some stupid fight, and how it is "illogical, or absurd" You all need to calm the <********> down. Its the internet, who cares. Its pixelated gold for the prize, its pixalated pride. Who gives a s**t. You people take everything far to seriously. I agree with you -except, the whole "IT DA INTERNET IT NOT SRS BLOLOLOL" logic. I hate that, it's retarded. XD I agree, though, that the arguements would be lovely if they stopped for a change.
AND DEITY.. blueberry biscuits?

Typhoon_Omi eek Whuuhhrrrr? You seem to have access to some parallel reality of scientific fact, madam, because last I checked, having an ability other humans do not have but still mostly resembling a human in genetic make-up would be considered a mutation. You would still be a human being - you would still be human, in fact. It'd take much more than just having "an ability" to suddenly lack the qualification of being human. Ah, but then we get into very interesting debates - after all, humanity started when a chimp baby was born with relatively little genetic body hair. At what point does this being and its descendants cease to be mutated apes and begin to be humans? The line varies based on perspective. And as for me? Well, I'm just creating mechanics for which the attack would work - I don't have to consider alternate sets of mechanics in which the attack wouldn't work. The Fierce Diety No. A human being is defined as a bipedal primate, or being resembling a bipedal primate. domokun No, that's the stupidest thing you've said yet. A human being is defined as Homo Sapiens. Son Hakkai Alright, what is up with the constant bickering. Its pixelated gold for the prize, its pixalated pride. Who gives a s**t. You people take everything far to seriously. And yet here you appear to be quite irritated by the internet. Me? I'm just killing time till my torrents finish downloading. Whoops, looks like I scared Ertai off again!

"its the internet, it not SERIOUS! LOLOLOLOL"..?

Binatica, wether your right or not is sorta irrelivent considering the majority [some of wich happen to be far superior RPers] seem to strongly disagree with you. There's no point in fighting anymore do to the fact that the minorities side has no chance in winning.
Therefore I strongly suggest the minority backs off now before any more humiliation or pwnage slaps them across the face. =D

..No, I'll reply anyway.Quote: Ah, but then we get into very interesting debates - after all, humanity started when a chimp baby was born with relatively little genetic body hair. Well, I'm just creating mechanics for which the attack would work - I don't have to consider alternate sets of mechanics in which the attack wouldn't work. We don't have to admit that we descend from primates, to admit that we share characteristics with them. And ahr, I suppose.Quote: No, that's the stupidest thing you've said yet. A human being is defined as Homo Sapiens. ..Binatica. That is our species's Scientific terminology. However, we are defined as Bipedal Primates - because, that is the original concept of what a human being is, regardless of how much we have changed since. We are bipedal, we are 'primates', enquote - there you are.
Homo Sapeins, in literal translation, means Same Primates. All names of the sort [feline, canine] are Latin. Just because we are called that, does not mean we are defined by that name.

Binatica: If I was truely annyoed I would actually try begin to argue. Seeing as most of the people in here arguing are doing it just out of defense of their own styles of roleplaying, I think it is perfectly normal for someone to come in and say that you all need to calm down.
But, because I do not wish to fall into an argument, this is the last response I will make to a negative statement or quote. Or, at least for the night.
Omi: Okay, thank you. Rough night, didn't want to spend six hours figuring out what SRS meant. And I sure as hell wasn't about to ask someone on AIM.

"Human" is a LOT more exact than just "bipedal primate" because the classification systems have to be made to allow no duplicates.

My my, miss - you cuss like a sailor! eek You = right for this.
But b***h, GET YO FACTS STRAIGHT FO' SHO', GODDAMNED WITH NO HYPHEN DUMB WHORE CUNTFACE SLUT LIEK LOLOLOL! We are defined as bipedal primates, and placed in that 'family', along with creatures such as apes. And now, we are both straying from the original point.
The classifications are just that - classifications. They are not definitions.
One's eye being a different color than the other is considered a mutation.
Having an additional finger at birth is considered a mutation.
Having an "ability", would be considered a mutation as well.
