If the real #100 came along, I'd just push it up one number. xd
My only problem is describing it because I have no idea what it does other than bring an Oracion Seis within an inch of her life.

Yeah even the Fairy Tail wiki doesn't have an explanation of what it does. Though judging from the amount of damage Angel has on the next page and the last line of the incantation, I'd say it's something like being hit by energy/solar fares/something from multiple stars.

Behold! scream
Taigaa-tono Hadō #100: Uranometria (Measuring the Sky)
Description This is the most powerful Hadō in existence and it is said to outstrip a Bankai in pure, raw power. Not only does it have a devastating effect on even the most powerful opponents, but it has a tremendous recoil on the caster. The Hadō must be prepared before-hand by channeling the Reiryoku of at least two other Captain-class Shinigami into the arms of the one to be casting it, which soon manifests as a pair of Tekkō that stretch across the caster's forearms. Once these Tekkō are removed, the Hadō is able to initialize. The caster then proceeds to recite the incantation, or else the pent up Reiryoku would soon destroy the bearer's body. When the Hadō is activated, the landscape and scenery changes drastically, giving the appearance of being in outer space where 88 stars (in reference to the 88 constellations) are materialized within the space and attack anyone within other than the caster with multiple solar flares and bursts of cosmic energy, dealing massive damage without giving room to avoid. The Hadō ends as the space comes apart, revealing the natural scenery. The caster is inevitably reduced to a comatose state in which they are barely hanging on to life. Incantation "Survey the heavens and open them wide. Through the shining of all the stars of heaven, my thyself known unto me. O Tetrabiblos, I am one with dominion over the stars. Release thy aspect, a melevolent Gate. O Eighty-eight signs... Shine." Too much.... not enough... right on target...?
