"Well, I've got most of the plans done," she said, pushing her hands into her pockets. "I was coming out to gather materials and get started when someone else appeared. Well, she left, and I was going to get to work, but as you can see, my assistant here shut down on me."

May I assist you? I mean... I'm not sure just how helpful a highly unintuitive model like X12 would be in any case. It is worth a couple frustrated smiles though, hehe.

"Sure!" Her smile was real now. "I was just going to start by collecting materials. Plastic bottles, cardboard, and the rest. Though," she looked over the side of the bar. "I'm thinking I'll have to empty most of them myself just for this."

Say no more. :::Cora went behind the bar and started picking out different plastic containers. The contents of which were mostly carbonated beverages:::
What size are you looking for?

"Like these," she answered, pointing out the one- and two- liter bottles. "I'm assuming that most people here will accept a 24-hour day period and a 7-day week, so I'll need 19 of these, total. I'm going to be hooking a dozen of the small ones to one cardboard wheel, and 7 large ones to another wheel. It'll take some try and error to get the flow right, but by the end we should be able to tell an hour and a day in Brink time."

:::Cora nodded, curious to see what sort of algorythm Luana had in mind with these capacities and these periods. Already Cora started imagining the possabilities with those particular restraints set down:::
:::She began to pick up bottles of those specific voumes, unscrewed the tops, and began dumping guiltlessly into the drain. She grinned back at Luana as she did it:::

Luana grinned back. "Save the caps, and I'll be right back!"
She took off in the direction of the rec room.

:::Cora finished dumping 12 smaller bottles, and recapped them. Then she did the same with 7 larger ones. She couldn't help but notice the different smells and colors as they glunked out the bottle necks and down the drain. Humans had come up with some very strange things to put into their bodies indeed:::

**Enter Luana from Rec Room 13**
Luana returned with the pizza box in hand. She saw the 19 empty bottle standin in neat lines on the counter and smiled. "Wow, that was quick!" She set the box down on a table and opened it.

:::Cora could smell what Luana was bringing in from a few feet away... she looked curiously at her:::
What are we going to use the baby pizza for?

Luana smiled. "Absolutely nothing! I need the ibox." She pulled her Swiss Army knife out of her pocket, selected a blade, then started cutting an outline for a circle in the top half of the box. "But we can eat the pizza as long as it's here."

"Well, I'm going to need the bottles cut in certain ways, then we need to figure out how to attach them to the carboard." She punched out the first circle. "We also need to make stands for the clocks out of straws and toothpicks so that they mount on the sink, since that'll be the water source."

:::Cora looked puzzled for a second. I stand to mount the mechanism by the sink she understood. But..:::
I'm sorry... what are straws and toothpicks?

Luana looked up. "Okay, straws are little plastic tubes that people sometimes use to drink with, and are about this long..." She held her hands the approximate distance apart. "And toothpicks are sharp wooden sticks about this long." She held her finger and her thumb the approximate distance apart. "They both usually come in little cardboard boxes."
