No they don't oath just being ninjutsu class or having rinnegan does.
Von you mind rping a pts naruto for me.
edit: yeah i think shadow clone is a dumb one to make ave to do that but its the rules taht why i need someone to rp as pts narruto so i can get it.

von calm the ******** down man im not in the mood for this read the first few episodes shadow clone is a forbidden technique eitherway to be honeste i dont know why it just is so even if it wasnt just from learning it from naruto it will still be hidden to the leaf village.

Also oath is a loser he ignored me because i was right and he didn't want to edit im gonna kill his rpc im gonna post sending a shuriken at his forehead he won't see it and then i'll just kill him. That's the price you pay for ignoring spomeone.

you would think since is forbidden they would stop naruto from using
or more less it was a mix up and naruto didn't get the right scroll?
Forbidden Jutsu are S rank and shadow clones are rank B so that doesn't seem right.
