 Does anyone know what this is and how to ******** fix it? It pops up and shuts off whatever website I'm on. >{ It does it several times a day and it's making me pissy.

That happens to me too, only mine doesn't say anything about Adobe Flash Player, it just says "IE has encountered a problem and is unable to run." Then it tries to "fix" the problem, and then it shuts off. The only thing I can tell you that might help is to uninstall that version of Flash player and then re-install Flash Player the next time you need it to use it for something.
