Okay so I've been thinking it over and in response to the overwhelming amount of writing I'm going to have to do...I have this to say.
Challenge accepted!
I've decided on the stats I'm going for, and accounting for a fair margin of fail, I'll need to write about 10,080 lines to pull it off... so here is my personal rules I'm setting for myself!
- Keeping the story small scale so as to not step on any guild canon
- Creating a maximum of 4 important NPC's to flesh out the story, who will actually survive beyond the story to give Shima a bit more color to his background
- Keeping things fresh without repeating the same basic skeleton line over and over,
- Creating and going through an actual plot that can serve as the prequel to his character introduction...
-And finally once again...it's going to be 10,080 lines (in word, since I'll be doing it there like Ellreka suggested.)
It's going to be Legen- wait for it.............Dary!!!
This guild seems cool, so consider this me getting my foot in the door for real.
I'm going be posting it periodically, so you guys should be able to check my progress if you feel like it.
EDIT: Also hey, in guild canon, what abouts might have been goin on when my guy was younger? This would've been about four years prior to present day. Just to sorta help with the background and stuff. I would have thought the Otobe were in control, but apparently they were just fast acting and hadn't been around for too long? (still think it's weird how everyone was suddenly "cool" with their conquering overlords...that usually takes a long while, ya know?) But if they were only around for a little while, what would have been happening four years back? Would that have been the "everything was basically cool but the milatary was weak" period that's in Village info, or are we looking even further back at the "dying village" stuff before the peace-y-goodie-two-shoes guy took over?
Anything more specific then what's written in the history would be cool, too, ya know, specific stuff that went down that I could reference to pad things out.

Mmm let's see, that would have been under Kasuke so peac-y-goodie-two-shoes guy XD. The reason everyone thinks bad of him was because, the village was attacked by the Kageof Iwa and the Kage of Taki, Kasuke chose to evacuate the villagers, and make peace with the kage's instead of fightting them. Which worked he talked with nakamura, and started a truce, which a s**t-tone of villagers hated because Taki had attacked their village like ten years prior with the intent of destroying the village and they had a fued ever since. I think that might have been when the academy was destroyed, or that might have been like seven rp years ago I don't really now. Anyway they rebuilt the academy like 3 rp years ago so it's nice and new, but there weren't a lot of shinobi in the village and it doubled as a normal school. Then the otobe hit I guess.... and I can't really help you from there.

Eh? also, as far as events go that im privy to information about when i joined the guild Other Kage -the supposed Taki attacks -other stuff Lady Saiya Uchiha -Invasion of The Orochi Cultists -Battle of Oto (against the cultists) -academy destroyed -ANBU headquarters destroyed Lord Kasuke Okazai -academy rebuilt (subs as a civilian school) -Taki and Iwa attack! (Nakamura comes in search of a prisoner held by the remaining cultists whom hid her comrade in the secret tunnels) (Roy assists and later holds a giant rock concert) The Otobe Rebellion -The Otobe come out of hiding while the villages strongest ninja are preoccupied -The Otobe take control of Oto and install Orion Otobe as Kage -Academy reforms under Otobe standards -most of Oto's former ninja population are labeled traitors and are put into the bingo book. -the ANBU black ops organization is disbanded and the secret police are installed in their place -the "Team 4" rebellion forms -a civilian sect rebellion forms -The Yakushi rebel against the Otobe The Council Era (current era) -Otobe council formed in the absence of Orion Otobe (many Otobe are a part of this council) -"Team 4" rebels still persist -civilian rebels still persist (although pushed into inactivity for now) That's the only events i remember :<

Yeah if ghost didn't leave Hibi would have been prison strong and be all RAWRARARARAR and him and "The last laugh" would have traveled through woods with Giant bears too lol so you aren't the only one lol
