*looks up from a book she was perusing* Actually...yeah. Look at this. *shoves book under Forest's nose* It's all about a ritual to encase memories in another soul, after the soul has been "cleansed"...in this case, wiped free. There's only one problem...
*forest's eyes go really wide* It's techinically...and generally considered Dark Magic...It's the same process that the Young Voldemort used to frame everyone else for his own messy crimes, by putting memories in them and then they confessed with details that only the murderer would know.
BUT! If we can somehow get Malfoy to agree, then that makes it legally binding contract...which would mean...
F - it wouldn't be Dark anymore...

How are we going to get him to agree. Unless we tricked him in some way. Or someone he was close to got him to sign it. But who...

I know how to get him to sign something like that. Actually with the new outfit I got last week, you slip that one on you can get any guy to sign his own death warrant.

Well, I'm not sure...But I know what I can do! *nips up tot he Gryffindor Common Room to borrow something after a nod from Harry* *comes back down tot he Slytherin Common Rom and prompty disappears...literally*
*comes back ten minutes later with a small locked book under her arm as she throws the Invisibility Cloak off*
Now we can find out! I'm sure that we can figure it out from reading his...*opens book betweent eh three girls* DIARY!

*reads again, wiping eyes* "And those blasted...twins...were there, laughing at me...One in particular...Ka..." *stops, wide-eyed* I can't read it anymore. I'm terribly sorry...I just...No. *aims and tries to throw book into the fire, but misses as she runs away and holes up in the Slytherin Girls' Dorms and won't speak to anyone*
*jade shrugs and retrieves the smoldering diary, flipping to their page and squinting at the words*
