Knights of the Rose:
The Knights of the Rose is a group of like minded men and women; this group was founded for the discussion of literature, philosophy, world issues and individuals' personal lives and ideas.The guild is modeled after the enlightenement societies of renaissance Europe, progressive, respectful of others and courteous to all. We are followers of the modern code of chivalry, a very different code from courtly (old) chivalry, our code focuses more on courtesy and mutual respect. We work towards the spread of progressive views and the betterment of tomorrow through learning today, the world can indeed be a better place if people wise up and work for the greater good, it's a rare occurence, but every individual that questions the status quo and demands reform brings us a step closer to that reform and to a brighter tomorrow.
Our first goals are to:
1.Provide a place to discuss literature, philosophy, religion, history, theatre, people in our lives, our problems, our views, and other topics of note and interest with no flaming or ridiculing others.
2.Provide a place to help others with problems or direct them to those who can, help them with research and gaining knowledge (every enlightened knowledgeable person is an asset to society)
3. Provide assistance for our members in quests and tasks and cultivate a very "All for one and one for all" kind of atmosphere
