Im a college student and Im majoring in art.
Been drawing for quite a while (I blame it all on my cousin).
Im a total anime/manga freak but i like doing landscapes too.
My fav colors are red and black.

Umm I guess you could call me an amateur at art but I draw anime and I think it's pretty darn good.
I have one more thing to say... I CAN'T WAIT TILL I GET MY WRITING TABLET! Ok, well I guess when I finally get it you shall see my art.

Hm...Uh...let's see:
I'm currently going to a community college to get my Associated Arts Degree before transferring to an art school in Washington State. I'm in my second semester and currently taking visual foundations and Painting, art wise anyways.
I enjoy drawing people, bones, shiny things...but I really wish I could draw landscapes/cityscapes. I have issues with patience...
I draw realistically for school and local contests, but I enjoy drawing anime in my free time....which is probably pretty normal. lol
I like working in traditional media, yet the art I offer here on gaia is colored digitally. :/

I love cats! heart I use a tablet to draw, and I am just learning with that. Um, if someone who uses a tablet and ArtRage could be my mentor or something, that would be GREAT. Thank you~!

Hi I'm ponygirl74, I started taking art seriously in 6th grade when I was told I couldn't draw. I like to draw horses (hence the screen name ponygirl) I also like to draw fantasy creatures. Ummm...well I guess I could say I'm into all types of art but I'm best at anime. I've been trying to get back to my nature drawings and my animal drawings so if theres anyone that could help me with that? My anime could use some work too. Oh and if anyone could help me with drawing on paint? I never got the hang of it.

re-introducing myself here~ i go by pillows usually, and i've been drawing since about the 6th grade though i didnt get serious about it until around 08-09 i really like simplifie styles, much to the charging of a friend of mine and i currently go to college to become an EMT also here is some arts stuff

Hello there. I've recently joined Gaia, right before Christmas.
The art scene here is actually why I made an account...
I'm quite excited to be accepted into this guild, so thank you!
I've picked art back up this summer after a few years of not touching a pencil. I also bought a nice, inexpensive tablet and am currently teaching myself the ins and outs of digital art, with help from people and resources online.
I'm also restarting life drawing very shortly. I understand how important it is to practice realism in order to improve overall, and eventually develop a style of your own. I do have some experience with realism from when I was younger and was enrolled in a few art classes... Been a few years though.
I am very willing to learn, and always open to new ideas when it comes to my art. I hope that I receive the help I need to better myself and my skills.
I'm looking forward to meeting other artists here and improving ^_^

Hello I am Cali. I'v been drawing since 5-6th grade. I like drawing anime and cartoons~ But I'm not very good. I can't draw people either... I'm in high school right now so tons of time to improve. I really love drawing cats and dogs. Sometimes rodents, such as Ferrets or hamsters.
Anyhow I hope to learn to become a better Cartoonist and learn to draw Anime better~

Hi, guys!
My name's Natalie. I'm fifteen and I live in Colorado.
I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil. My early drawings were either incomprehensible scribbles or fingerpainted stegosauri (why I liked to fingerpaint stegosauri is beyond me.)
I stuck with realism up until the 6th grade, when I was introduced to the magical world of Hayao Miyazaki. Then, I went through this "let's draw people with pale skin, big boobies, tight clothes, massive eyes, and gigantic heads" phase, otherwise known as my anime phase.
Now, I'm a sophomore in high school. I'm slowly going into a more American style cartooning and realism stage in my art. I'm enrolled in Drawing level two, and participate in National Art Honors Society.
TL;DR: I liek drawing.
(Also, I like writing. Can you tell?)
