Umi gently pulled Greed down to meet her, and kissed him. She stroked his cheek with her fingers. "My love...did you miss me?"

"Is it you? The leviathan? I wanted to speak with you." He sat up, arms crossed.

Umi sat up; her eyes had changed, and her face was darker. She hissed quietly at Greed. "So you know...Byakku's always had a loose mouth. What is it that you want, mortal?" She sat up, glowering at Greed.

"I know you hate humanity for your death, but I would deeply appreciate it if you would do me a favor..." Greed got down on his knees. "I beg of you! Do what you can to keep Umi alive as long as possible! I'll do whatever you want, just keep her alive until we can save her! Please! I beg of you!"

Umi chuckled darkly, then began to laugh. "You...want me to keep...my vessle alive?" She stopped laughing. "What have you been told? I'm just as much a prisoner to this rotting carcus as your lover is. Poor girl..." Umi shook her head. "She never had much of a life..."

"There....must be something I can do! Please! Do you know of anything! Please! I don't want to lose her. Please, I'll, I'll do whatever it takes!"
