Taking his hand she managed to get up with a smile. "Well if I don't be careful around this fire, with my hair down as it is now, I could get scary." She winked at him. "And since I know that's not your favorite thing to deal with," Flashes of him splashing her with the bucket of water came through her mind. "I figured best to move and.." Her eyes turned to the bucket. "I almost forgot! We need to refill that thing!" She smiled at Jyn. "I'll take care of it." She quickly dashed to grab said bucket and moved to hurry off to the river.

The male picked up a fish stick and blew on it before tearing off the scales, all but glowering at the fire<<

Calanthia sighed as she reached the banks. Lifting up her hair she looked up at the sky sadly. She wanted to share with Jyn all of her sides too. But she knew it wasn't what he wanted. All she could do was respect his wishes. Violet eyes spotted a fire off in the distance not of theirs. Cassi. At least she had taken Jyn's advice.
The bengal splashed cold water on the back of her neck. It would be a long night if she had to do this all the time. Her mind began to work out something of how to fix these issues while she scooped up the water into the bucket. The bengal thought for a while before the idea hit her just before she returned to camp. She walked over to a simple bush and broke off a long stem. It still had a few leaves here and there but she made sure it was bug free and that she apologized to the bush before she quickly fixed her hair into a bun. Ramming the stick through, she scraped her scalp but smiled. At least her hair was up so there wouldn't be anymore problems.
Coming back into the camp with the bucket, she set it down beside the fire before darting back to Jyn's side on the log, smiling. "I fixed it so I don't have to scoot any further away from the fire. The fish didn't burn did it?" She would feel bad.

Calanthia looked at him as she took the stick she was offered. She did not touch it but merely looked at him. In her mind there were thousands of things to say, things to ask but none of them seemed important. Her violet eyes watched him eat as the stick remained in her hand untouched. It seemed more vital for Cala to stare at him then to actually eat. In fact she was a little surprised he didn't say anything about the green leaves that were sticking up through her hair. However she figured since Jyn was a guy, he probably didn't notice things like that.

About halfway through he noticed that a pair of eyes was on him. Still chewing, he looked back at her, and swallowed. He blinked once before lowering the shish-ka-fish, showing that he was willing to wait her out<<

Calanthia looked at him and tilted her head a little. "Is something wrong?" She had noticed that he had lowered his food. It saddened her to see him interrupt his meal like that. "You must still be hungry. You had a long day!" She handed over her stick of fish to him. "Here, eat! You need all your strength to heal that ankle right." She opened her mouth to add something else in there but she stopped. She held back and looked away for a moment before smiling as her violet gaze returned to him. "You need all the food you can get! I don't know if my wolf made sure you ate while I was away."

Course not. >>He still watched her, up until the point where she held out the fish-ka-bob to him. He raised an eyebrow then<< One fish is good enough for me. But you know the rule about you eating. >>He remembered well enough the tactics he used to get her to eat. To make a point he lifted his own fish up, took a bite, then lowered it back down to chew and swallow<<

"Ah well.. uhh... heheheh.. heh.." The bengal nervous laughed. Darn, she was caught. Maybe she could get away with it. She smiled innocently before setting down the fish stick in his lap. "I don't need the food as much as you do. You are the one who's hurt. Not to mention, I don't think you've eaten today at all." She thought for a moment. "Nope." She smiled at him. "You haven't. So you must be very hungry. I didn't catch this fish for me to eat anyway." Cala smiled and sat back to watch him eat some more.

Calanthia giggled a little at him wiping his pants. "Sorry." She apologized again but just smiled at him. "I really don't need it. Not like eyou do. You did a lot of running around today and who knows what kind of games my wolf might have played with you. Really, its okay." She smiled. However, when he held out the fish to her again, she leaned back a little. "I don't need it really." She couldn't believe it but she actually missed hearing those words of his too. "Please, eat?"

Without further warning, he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him, pressing his lips firmly against hers. Temptingly his tongue flicked against her lips, waiting for the moment she'd give in<<

As she wished? Uh oh. Cala had a sinking feeling she remembered what the hard way was. It might have been a while since the last time but still the memory was with her. Calanthia was correct as he kissed her. She tried her best to old out, being unusually stubborn this time. She actually held out for much longer then usual before she gave into his demand. Typically it would be only moments before Jyn got his way but this time it was actually a minute and a half. There was only so long she could resist and Jyn knew this about her. She cursed her weak nature to this man. She knew she had more spirit then this; more fight in her! But she had missed him so much. And she feared the morning when she might lose him again.

To Cala, she could tell this time was different. Maybe he had missed her too. Of course, she took all the love and affection he offered. By the time she was freed from the kiss, Cala not only had food in her mouth, but seemed to look at him with such love. Her arms came to slip around his neck as she chewed her food and swallowed. "I'll be good and eat.." she leaned it a kissed his lips softly before whispering, "But only if I can have more of you later." If she was going to be denied, then she would not behave. She had tried to be good, and even had a stick through her hair to try and keep away her nature. However, if Jyn was going to play this way, the bengal had no problem with no longer suppressing herself.
