Fat Panda. Mikey scoffed as he looked to Arista and said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice "Well... I'm glad that my name amuses you....." he then turned to Lena and placed a hand on her shoulder as he said "I'm gonna to.. sit.... just wave me over if ya need me..." Lena smiled and nodded to her brother as picked up his bag and moved from behind the bar to a couch over in the corner.

Taking Akki's hand he lead her over in front of Aura and Merryn, blushing and keeping his back to them he started to dance. I'm not so good at this part, I tend to be an oaf. He was just glad the song was instrumental, it sounded like a song a metal band would do in their 'winding down' phase but with Aura he could never be sure. So... How long have you and Lacuna been friends? She seemed upset about something.

Mikey flopped down on the couch and pulled his sketch book from his bag, as he opened it and turned to a fresh page he noticed that Arista had followed him over, he looked up at her and asked "Is there something you want...?" Then noticing the other girl that had approached him he looked from Arista to her and said "No... it's quite alright... I'm Mikey... nice to meet you, Tasi..." he flashed her his beautiful smile and extended a hand to her.

Lacuna frowned and took her daquiri to a table for two. She sat her worn and torn bag full of sketches on seat and sat down in the other. A faint singing came from her ever-so parted lips as she drowned her sorrows through sketching and art.

Tasi giggles. 'Ok, good. Nice to meet you! n_n' Tasi takes his hand, and smiles. 'I noticed you have an art pad..I assume you like to draw?'

Akki thought a moment before answering, her gaze turning to the bar before looking back to him. "About a week...I think. She's a friend of my brother Jak's...I mean, he met her first. She lives at the bookstore with us."

Lacuna closed her eyes to "absorb" what was around her again. Something was.. wasn't right.., but what was it?

Aura whispered something to Merryn, causing her to stop humming. Nodding her head she singled out the one lonely looking girl and headed over to her table.
Peeking at the girls sketches Merryn spoke up. My sister says that you're possibly upset about something and that an unbiased ear might be what you need. She also said that I could be the best person for that since everyone is everyone. Merryn looked up shyly at the other girl. I can always leave you alone too if you want. Or you can come sing with us.
You live in a bookstore? Do you read? Blushing more furiously Larry bent his head a little. Pretty and almost inevetably book-smart. Letting out a sigh his color went down a little. Wow.

Jak watched Lacuna move over to a table before making his way to the bar, careful to walk past the side she had her back to as she seemed to want to be alone. "Hello, you're Lena, arent you? Akki's told me so much about you. Could I have a martini please?"

Mikey smiled and nodded to Tasi as he said "That I do.... You can sit if ya want.... I promise, I won''t bite... well, not unless ya ask me to..." he let out a laugh and gestured to the spot on the couch beside him. Lena smiled up to the boy at the bar as she said "Yup, that's me.... and sure thing... I'll have your drink in just a minute..." she turned away from him to grab a bottle from the shelves behind her.

You're my friend! It's not like we can't both hang out' Tasi says a bit upset. 'I really need to make friends...And you should try, too...Now, if you want you can walk out that door, but I'm staying here...'
Tasi looks at Dark a little sadly, then goes back over to Mikey. 'Sorry about that..' She giggles at Mikey's comment, and flops on the couch next to him. 'Oh, I like to draw, but I'm not so good.' Tasi giggles. 'May I see some of your drawings?' She says hopefully

Akki giggled nervously. "We live in the antique bookstore...we have the third floor. I mean me and Po, and Jak and Lacuna. I love reading....its like the best place in the whole world to live....my friend Ric lives there tooo, and his brother, and Jesse, and Xil."

Nodding his head partly in understanding and with the end of the song Larry chuckled at the thought of the bookstore. That's the one that's never open when I need it the most. Smiling he breaks free. I really liked dancing but I love talking to you... What's your favourite book? Uh, would you like to sit?
Aurora set the guitar down and headed to the bar again turning the music box back on as she went. Hey, uhm, Lena was it? May I have another glass of that merlot?
