Ryou frowned slightly, silent for a moment. "Oh." He said it stiffly, biting his bottom lip. The Millennium Eye glew brightly under his blindfold, and he seemed alarmed at this, since he had never been able to use it correctly. He froze suddenly, his mouth hanging open a little as the Millennium Eye's glow faded. "It just read Khalid's mind... He's awake again, or something, and still angry." He said, twisting his head around as he tried to find the correct location of somebody. To him everybody else was just around himself.
It took Yugi a moment to place the name, since he had been thinking about other things. "Wait, what?" He asked, a little confused.
Atem's eyes narrowed, putting a hand carefully on Ryou's shoulder, making the boy jump. "Did you see where he was?" He asked, not too sure how the Millennium Eye worked.
"No-- it was more as though he meant to show me that he was awake," Ryou said, rubbing his hands together.

Kira turned her head to snease. "ummm malik....you can put me down now.." she told him.

Kira stood on her own looking down on herself.The gown was slightlystained and little.Crossing her arms over her chest her eyes wandered to the ground 'God I look owful...im standing outside in a hospital gown...'

Ryou tried to activate the Millennium Eye again, but just couldn't. Bakura had cut himself off in the Millennium Ring, setting up barriers that Ryou couldn't get through.
Ishizu studied Ryou's face carefully, looking perplexed. Khalid was up and walking again. That couldn't be good, of course. She turned towards Atem, whose gaze was also on Ryou. Their eyes met for a moment, but then he looked over at his hikari, who had approached Kira and Malik.
"Hey," Yugi said to Kira, holding out his hand. "I'm Yugi. I'm not sure if I've met you before, but you seem familiar."

Kira blinked as she looked up.Seeing yugi she smiled and shook his hand gently.Luckly her hands were clean "I'm Kira.We've met once before...cant rember were..."

"Oh," Yugi said, releasing Kira's hand. He met a lot of people, sometimes because of his hair, and for all kinds of other reasons. His eyes flickered towards her bloody clothes, though he didn't ask what had happened. It seemed that lots of people were being hurt in their group.
There was a muffled yelp from somewhere behind the group, and the sound of a punch. Khalid had just snuck behind them, grabbed Ishizu from behind, and was hit by Atem. Khalid stumbled away from them, and Ishizu jumped backwards. Atem didn't need to be told this was Khalid, there was something about him.
Khalid's anger seemed to've faded away, and he was incredibly calm, in his Shadi-like manner. His eyes swept over the group, seeming to spot the weak points in them. Ryou, obviously. Maybe Kira, but probably not. Yugi could be used as well.

Kira had grabed ishizu's arm and pulled her back away from khalid.He was a nut in her eyes.

Yugi turned, alarmed. "This is Khalid?" He half asked, and half said to Joey. He took a slight step backwards, Khalid not quite what he had expected. He had thought someone... well, just different. Khalid was so blank.
Khalid narrowed his eyes, trying to decide who he should go after right then. His gaze fell on Ryou, who if he hit might prove to be a good diversion. He lunged forward quickly, not noticing the slight differences in Ryou's hair as it grew wilder, Bakura taking over.
Bakura seemed to sense that someone was coming at him and jumped to the side blindly, narrowly dodging Khalid but not able to get good footing, falling to the ground.
Khalid growled in annoyance that he had missed, and felt a sharp pain in the back of his neck. Atem had just jumped forward and elbowed him there, making Khalid stagger slightly, bright lights popping in his eyes before he grabbed the pharaoh's arm, twisting it sharply before pushing him away.
Ishizu jumped in alarm when she was pulled away by someone, her eyes on Khalid. Ripping her arm from Kira's grasp, she twisted around to see who it was. She relaxed slightly when she saw Kira, but told herself that she wouldn't be hiding behind anybody this time. She noticed Bakura fall over, and gazed as he struggled to get to his feet, looking extremly tense, trying to figure out which direction Khalid was in.

Khalid glared fiercly at Malik, gritting his teeth together. "You have changed the flow of fate, you fools!" He snarled, his voice dripping with hatred.
"Oh, would you just shut up about fate!" Bakura snapped, now turning around once he heard Khalid's voice. The Millennium Eye glew as he tried to activate it to find out where the others were by seeing through their eyes, but Khalid suddenly shot a sharp look in Bakura's direction when it started to glow. Bakura wavered, the glow of the eye fading as his ring glew, forcing Ryou to take control.
Atem rubbed his wrist where it had been twisted, staring in disbelief at Khalid. He could tell that Yugi's doubts of Khalid being a liar were all gone. Even his own concerns about Khalid being a fake were gone.
Ishizu stepped forward and touched Ryou's shoulder gently, guessing that Khalid would more likely go after the weaker people than the others. She cast a worried glance towards Malik, hoping that nothing would happen to her brother.
