*Aetas flickered in, his feet up on the table and a faint blue light trailing off from his finger as he appeared in full. He seemed to have been writing something in the air, a note, calculations or something. He glanced around and didn't see anyone right at that moment, so he took a minute to slip off his shoes, they were absolutely killing him, having been stabnding for nearly 16 hours straight doing calculations.*

:::Cora flickered in, she was sitting in a chair, hands to her face, trying to hold back tears of furstration. She had just been awakened by her dreams yet again...:::
:::When she moved her hands, she paused, and realized where she was...she saw Aetas not far from her. Though...she did nto feel inclined to say anything at the moment:::

*Aetas set his boots on the floor and propped his feet up comfortably and leaned back in his chair, rocking slightly as the chair's front legs lifted off the ground.*

:::Cora watched the man, as he sat...no shoes...the way she first met him. She didn't quite know how to feel. She knew it was not really Tacitus, or it was, and she was very confused:::

*He fell backwards as the chair tipped a bit too far from Cora making herself known, but he caught himself, legs holding onto the table as he corrected himself and shot forward and up into a standing position, whirling around to look at Cora.*
"Ah! Cora, nice to see you again. I have all the calculations completed and anytime we'll be ready to go and save my lesser self!"

"I want to know for sure that you aren't doing it because of a duty or a promise. You have to want to go because you know in your heart that you have to go for the simple reason that he is Tacitus and you are his salvation. I don't want any bullshit about orders, duties, promises or anything that has to do with anybody but you and my avatar."

:::Cora felt blood rush to her cheacks, but didn't understand the reaction. She forced herself to look Aetas in the eyes:::
That which I make my duty is what I truly want in my heart. Yes, I promised Torment I would help save his father. But I make it my duty because I know that I can, and must save Officer Tac. And...it is as much for him as it is for me. I do not want to see him this way any longer.

I know nothing of dieties, and multiple existances...I feel like Alice in Wonderland ((Cora was thorough in her studies! Even extracuriculums like Lit!)), and I am growing tired of not understanding why things happen.

But I endure it in hopes of understanding my purpose in this all....
