Tyuu We've been having horrible weather. Too hot or too cold. gonk I can't complain about the weather this week it has been perfect! For clarification: Did you mean Washington state or DC? If the latter, then my statement of being somewhat close would seem quite silly!

OH! Im also really pissed off about my job hunt.
So I went onto the job site for the local area that I live in and saw that they added a bunch of new listings. So thats pretty awesome. I sign up for as many jobs as I can within my ability (no child work, management, or jobs that require a license) EXCEPT ONE. It was a food catering job that also involved driving.
My driving test is on the 28th so I think eh, the last time I got a call it was over a month since I had applied so I applied to it thinking by the time I got a call IF I got a call at all I would have my license by then.
Well guess who calls 3 days later asking if im interested in a job? Yep that right, the ONE ******** job I cannot do. They said im a bit of a deal breaker because I cannot legally drive. Out of the 23 applications I sent out its the ONE the ONE I cannot have.
I seriously think the universe is just ******** around with me at this point in time.

It sucks when things work out like that. Was there no option to delay until after the 28th?

00Shoe It sucks when things work out like that. Was there no option to delay until after the 28th? Nope, its required here as a part of getting your license. Once you have the learners your forced to wait 6 months until you can attempt to get your full.
