we're not doing akatsuki right away...we're going to ease them in...
but mist has the smallest population so far...

you do know the cloud had a functioning army during the war right? they were fighting the leaf the Kage of the cloud region was the one who gave the leaf Sanin their title when he was nearly defeated.
All this is backed up by the anime if you watch the last 3 to 4 episodes where it shows pain growing up you will see cloud ninjas where still active at this time [most where not whiped out until nagato got pissed]

>.O crap tastic so basicly I have to pick one of the three most popular villages and wait for the n00b flood cause that is exactly what happens once this guild starts looking for members n00bs will flock to the leaf sand and mist that is why i jump through hoops to avoid those villages

well, leaf is the most popular...of the 3, mist i the lowest in numbers...but i guess you can wait for the arc where cloud and rock comeback...but sorry mate, we took a vote, and those ones got picked...if you want to RP now you'll have to pick
and depending on how many people we get, we may open those 2 early, and say they are out of the war, recovering or something....

again the leaf will always have the most the rock normally has the least since it comes up the least in the anime in order of members this is how it will work out
Leaf
sand/sound [they usually are about tied]
mist
rain
rock
which is also the order of which shows up in the anime the most
but yeah i'll contact the guild captian and see what he has to say i have an idea or two
