Nobody Walked by Maria's side wishing they would never reach the room but as all good things it ended all too soon for they stopped in front of Maria's door in no time.
Marcie laughed a little "I am sorry, Dear Ace, I am not interested in Suits, the idea of killing to get your ranking is not very appealing to me, if I must kill I would only do so when my... Master asks me to do such, and I am afraid I am not proud to display such 'merits', I might not be afraid of it but nor do I like them" she saved the card in one of the hidden pockets of her dress non the less, you never know when you might need a favor.

Despite Marcie's response, Ace still smiled. "Understandable," he chuckled. "I wasn't too thrilled about killing the last Ace. But what can I say? It's a world where you must fight to survive." The mention of the last Ace retrieved memories, memories of the late Ace's facial expression before the current Ace of Spades shot him in the head.
"Marcie, I am ever so grateful for your services," he said with a smile. He bowed his head, not having enough room to make a full bow. "Perhaps I will see you in the future." Ace slipped his arms through the sleeves of his jacket, carefully buttoning it up and pinning his badge on the Spade patch's upper left. "My oh my! It's warm! How cozy!"

Patches didn't hear them as they spoke. He was too busy sulking atop one of Maria's pillows. Even then, I still lost to icecream. You

Marcie smiled gently at Ace, she could still not understand the urge she felt to kill the guy but then again, it migth just be the bad memories she had about Nobody's kidnaping by some suits years ago "Feel free to come back whenever you like, my door is always open so you don't need to knock, just let yourselve inside and make your presence known, would you like something to drink before you leave?"
