Taking the apple from Aoi, Sarukin laughed to himself. His flirting tactics weren't working on Aoi right now, but soon she would crack. He took a bite out of it, turning on the branch so he was right side up again. "So.....I think we should go on a mission or something. The village is getting boring and I need some entertainment. Who's up for it?" Jinsoku was going to take a while to finish his genin test, and Sarukin wanted to use that time to get stronger. They were like rivals, no, more like brothers. The two of them were always striving to be stronger than the other, using every opportunity they had. Plus, Sarukin has never been on a mission before. At least, not with his new friends. He took another bite of his apple as he waited for an answer.

"Yeah well Sosay did want all the genin to plant more trees since that explosion in the forest." After saying this Raiden starting thinking that that was a lame mission. "On second thought we should request one." Hopefully by the time they go to Sosay she's done training the other guy.

"Oh can I help? Can I help?" the small girl asked excitedly as she hopped up and down, this time from actual sugar. She looked as if she was on a pogo stick. She continued on, seemingly without needing to breathe, "I know I'm not a genin, but I still want to help. Planting trees sounds like fun!". She was now bouncing around in circles around the group. Anymore energy and she would probably end up bouncing on the trees instead of just on the ground.

Arcus frowned, for the bunshin had yet to speak. He'd been listening to the conversation in the distance while deciding that he'd go else where to find out how to become a genin. It sounded like they were going to see the raikage, although he couldn't be sure because he was too far away. He hopped off the rock he'd been sitting on On second thought, my chakra is too low. I've got to go get some rest. He said, directing his words at the bunshin. He started off in the direction of the other students and genin, but paused. His skin felt crawly. Sigh...I've been putting it off too long. I better learn how these things work now.
Teishoku closed his eyes and pushed up his dark sunglasses. He focused his chakra inward. He then directed his thoughts toward his insides. He tried aiming them at the bugs. um...hi...can you guys uh....come out for a second..? The response was immediate. Pain shot through his stomach and chest causing him to wince and double over. A gasp escaped his mouth as he felt small legs crawling all over his body.
He had seen his bugs before, they were a part of his life, but they never had come out in such a wave and so fast. He'd had a few scars on his torso that he didn't remember getting, but he never made the connection...they were eating through his chest! Well, now i know why we wear jackets... he thought grimly, trying to stand up straight as the bugs finally reached his hands and began trickling to the ground like water from a faucet. When they'd finished, he looked and saw that there were more than enough to cover him twice, maybe three times over.
He was about to think for them to come back inside, but they were already flying back up his arms. so, they can think for themselves...and i can talk to them without speaking. or conscious thought. this is so cool... he thought grinning. His chest was still raw and bleeding, but he figured it would toughen up after a few tries. besides, he had a large jackets. nobody would notice. When the bugs had returned to the holes which they had made, he turn on his heel and tried to walk with his back as straight as possible.

Aoi clapped her hands together. "I think that would be a wonderful idea! At least, that why we train, right? to get the missions done, and it could help me out in the long run!" Aoi smiled, for medical ninjas are known to be good fighters on missions, so she had to find out if she was medic material. The thought made Aoi feel a little happier, then Raiden mentioned the forest.... Kuza. Aoi's bubbly-ness went down the drain and she felt depressed all over again......why did you... how did you get in that situation, Kuza? Aoi frowned as she kept looking at the ground and fighting the urge to burst into tears.

Sora was happy to see Aoi so happy again, only to see her grow depressed almost immediately afterwards. Worried that it was probably something that she said, the small eight year girl looked up Aoi's face and apologized, "I'm… erm… sorry. If you don't want me to go, I won’t…." She was really depressed at just the idea that something she had said might have made Aoi uncomfortable and the way she put down her head at the end of the statement clearly showed it. Although, Sora was still slightly bouncing up and down from having so much sugar. The girl couldn't help it, sugar gave her energy and she had too much at the moment.

"Oh, it's not you Sora-chan.... it's just.... the only other person I had that knew my mother and father, along with the rest of my faimly; the only person I could really relate to died in that explosion....." Aoi was crying now, and she sat down, because it really hit her badly..... the only true family she really had left, all she really had of them was a small peice of cloth is a partial cloud on it. A small, red cloud.

Sora was relieved that she wasn't the cause of Aoi's sudden sadness, but she was still just as sad as before. Now, though, she didn't know what to say. Her parents and most of her relatives led fairly safe, civilian lives so she had never had to expect an unexpected death. Her jitteriness had died down now thanks to the fact that she had stopped sucking on her lollipop since Aoi had grown depressed so Sora knelt down and quietly patted her friend's back. She didn't know what else she could do.
Just seeing Aoi grieve over losing her family made Sora realize something. What if the same thing happened to her? What if she had lost her family? They were fairly safe and had nothing that could directly harm them... nothing but herself.... the girl immediately thought with a shake of her head as she continued to pat Aoi's back, . The logic was slightly messed up, yes, but Sora was a small girl and thoughts like that were really scary to her.

Sarukin looked at Aoi, his expression saddening too. He didn't like being depressed, but seeing Aoi and Sora become sad got to him. He started thinking of his own family, how he never knew them. He shrugged it off, jumped down from the tree and walked near Aoi. "Come on. We can't have no crying now, can't we? Ninjas aren't supposed to cry. Especially when you have a super hunk like moi along." Sarukin attempted to cheer up the two. He felt the mood shifting down, and he needed to pull it back up. Anyway, depression was lame.

Aoi giggled at Sarukin's remark, but nothing could make her feel better. "We..... we should do a mission........It might be better for more...nevermind." AOi frowned unable to think straight, she was really upset over it, as she gotten up and folded her arms. "It's the best thing to do right now."

Sora laughed a bit as well. Being still a child, her emotions often reflected the emotions of those around her. "I think I should probably go back and train," she excused herself politely, much less hyper than before, "Have fun on your mission." For some strange reason, being with Aoi made her continuously think of the Rokubi. She didn't know why, it was just that the older girl seemd to naturally bring about situations that would trigger Sora's thoughts to accidentally wander over to the very thing she tried to avoid. Of course, the small girl still liked Aoi and would look forward to seeing her again but perhaps at a later time. the girl thought to herself as she picked herself up.

Sarukin looked up at the sky. His thoughts were wandering again. He didn't pay much attention to when Sora left, just waved goodbye. The sun was almost down, and Sarukin felt like he needed to be somewhere, as if something was calling him. "Yea. We should do a mission....planting trees or something?"

Aoi looked at Sarukin. "I was more thinking of one that would allow us to travel outside the village..... I hope there is one though." Aoi wiped the tears from her eyes, and try to act as she wasnt upset...... her eyes were puffy, and the look on her face was the same as she appeared as she realised her room was scorched; but much worse. She seemed almost drained of energy, and upset...... these days will never go down as the best, even if adults say childhood was supposed to be great.

Sarukin stopped daydreaming for a second to look at Aoi. "Hey, you ok?" He walked over and hugged her. Sarukin wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do. He wasn't really skilled in comforting people. But, oddly, it seemed right. "Uh yea.....we should get out of the Cloud. We need some space from this village anyway. You up for it?"

Raiden listen to what Sarukin is about to say. "I don't think thats a good idea. We're short on ninjas as it is, whatif we leave and something bad happens?" Raiden wasn't trying to sound like a wimp but he was trying to put the village before anybody.
