I'm moose, known as moose by nearly everyone, including family!! lolz!!
What first got me into Dir En Grey was my jrock friends. When I first listened to them I wasn't hugely excited by them buy now I adore everything the band do!!!

I love Dir en Grey. I would love to see them in concert. I haven't yet *cries*
I like the color of blood and hot pink like hide-samas hair.
I do not necessarily have favorite DIRU member but Kyo holds a special place in my heart! I have a lot of favorite songs by them. I love them!
Yeah I am happy I was accept to join this guild and hope to discuss Diru's awesomeness with you all! heart

Hello everyone, you can just call me Koda. :3
I was born in Connecticut but I'm currently living in Philadelphia, PA because I'm going to school there. I'm 18 and a Freshmen at Drexel University. xD;;
Dir en Grey is one of my favorite bands because...well many things, but I have to say one of the best things about the vocals is the variation in Kyo's voice. He has so many different personalities that come through in his vocal range. He screams and gurgles, moans and squeals, he can make his voice deep and manly and high pitched like a little girl. It sounds like I'm making fun of him but I really love that quality in his singing. He's the most passionate singer I've ever heard. To have the kind of effect they have had on countries which don't even speak the same language you have to have something more powerful then words to "speak" with. So Kyo's voice is what does it for me. Kaoru Die and Shinya are amazing musicians as well, I think Kaoru does a lot of work with the composition of the songs so I admire him a lot because he's very talented not just with a guitar but with actually helping to produce most of the melody behind the lyrics. With such an explosive singer like Kyo you have to be able to complement him in just the right way so the melody enhances the song and doesn't make the words fall flat or sound too raw. I'll be honest, I like Die and Shinya mostly for their personalities on stage and otherwise...xD'' <3
Other reasons why I like Dir en Grey: I like their image. Or at least the image they had in their VK days, I think most people with agree with me on that. ^_^'' They're new stuff is a lot more metal sounding or something, I don't know I can't quite pin point it but their sound is starting to change for me. O.o Their image too, they're starting to dress more "normal". xD I'm growing to appreciate their changes though.
On a side note I've never been to any Diru concerts before. T___T Actually this is a little embarrassing but I've only been to one live concert in my life and it was SHINAYA TWAIN. gonk My dad dragged me along with him when I was like, 12 so he wouldn't feel like I pervert. :'' Hopefully I'll have the chance to lose my real live-virginity at a Diru concert. x3 <33

Hey! I joined this guild a while ago but never intoduced myself. I don't like posting things sweatdrop
Anyway, my name's Rebecca and I live in Canada. I first got addicted to Dir en grey when I saw the Obscure PV about two years back. They are my favourite band and I would kill to see them in concert. I'm so sad I havn't yet crying
Um...I can't think of a thing to say haha sweatdrop I'm happy that I was accepted into this guild and I hope to meet other cool Diru fans here ^^

Ah, er.. 'Lo?
I'd be Vulgar, or so I like to be called, and is the name generally given to me. Been a Diru fan since early 2003, by now have collected all the albums, plus three tour DVDs. If I had to pick a favorite member/members, the Kyo/Kaoru package always comes to mind first, though I really do admire them all for their differences and similarities. My favorite album is Kisou, there's absolutely no way I could pick out favorite songs, not in any kind of order other than title-vomit.
I think I've lurked this guild since somewhere near its creation, and only just now got around to requesting to join. I don't generally like guilds, particularly band guilds. But I've always liked 304.
I'll shut up now. u.u;

Woah-kay then! Where to begin? I just don't know!
I was first introduced to Diru by my current boyfriend, he showed me a few of their songs but i was so prejudised to hating j-rock that i didn't realise that when i listened to their songs to mock them thati actually enjoyed them! My boyfriend couldn't believe it that i didn't like them because i'm in to all that type of music, he even got a bit grumpy with me because i said they were lame, but secretly thinking they are the best and singing yokan in my mind.
When i finally told him that i was obsessed with them he called me a (and i quote) a "music theif" ! He was the one that got me into them in the first place! I told him that, i said to him its your fault you showed me them and now he gets annoyed when i talk about them or even mention the sacred name! Ha, foolish boy!
After this giant revolution came out of me i became deeply immersed in their styles of music, fashions and hair styles. The only pity is that i don't have any of their albums, i haven't really heard that many songs due to youtube being a pile of....i'm not going to finish this sentence.....,my boyfriend not letting me and lack of money is a big issue.
Although, having said that, my favourite songs are Saku, Yokan, Zan and Zan D.P.Y Mix, Obscure, Kodou, Tsumi To Batsu, Jealous and Garden.
My favourite band member has to be Die, i think he is amazing. I love his guitaring, he is hot, sophisticated, awesome clothes, amazing hair and is generally the love of my non-excistant-commercial-famous-life!
it used to be Kaoru, but since he has got older he has aged a little bit, he is still incredibly sexy but put him next to Die anyday and Die will win the contest in my eyes. And yes i know it is harsh to compare people by their looks, call me shallow if you wish, but it's in human nature.
but, i do love them all.
Kyos unique and mind melting voice.
Shinya's femenin touch to the group.
and Toshiya's awesome rhythm on the drums.
You gotta heart Diru from Livvy-arr (may i be self proclaimed cool? Or is it to much on a first meeting?)

Obscure hooked me on Dir en grey.
I heard it then saw the PV and I had to have more.
Though, it isn't my favorite song/PV.
But it's up there.
Favorite song Lyric wise... Zomboid xD
Favorite PV might be -KR- Cube. Might be.
I love all the memebers,
but Kyo and Shinya pique my interest.
I like Kyo's ways, and expressions.
And Shinya's just so pretty.
Favorite album? I don't have one.
But I like the album -KAI- with all those mixed songs on it.
