"You won't have to, I promise," Riku murmured to her. He didn't notice the others joining them in the hallway. He was only focused on Hikari. Maybe if he held onto her long enough she would just stay.

Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart Once Kairi and the others were inside the palace it didn't take them long to find the rest of the group. When they found them, Riku was kneeling on the ground hugging Hikari. The crimsonette wasn't exactly sure what was going on, but she figured it had something to do with what she felt from Naminé. Something must have happened to Hikari, but it looked like everything was okay now. The Princess looked at the two silvernettes and smiled, glad that everything was alright. Kairi then looked around at the others: Naminé, Alexander, and to Kairi's surprise King Mickey. "Your Majesty?" Kairi asked in surprise, "What brings you here?"We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

Lakayna leaned much of her weight against Axel, unable to support it all herself. It wasn't like she was really heavy, so it wouldn't be a problem. The reached the area where Riku, Hikari, and the rest had been left. Only, there was a new face. Personally, Lakayna didn't know him, but she had witnessed him many times in the memories of her friends. "The king is here?" she asked, her golden eyes looking over to the small mouse with round ears. Of course, Lakayna would show her respects; just like everyone else. She secretly wondered what King Mickey would think of her, seeing as she looked anything but harmless; even in her weakened state.

Mulan l l Protector Of China l l l l Protector Of China l l
Mulan watched in awe as the fire swirling around Lakyna, gave way to reveal a teenage girl. Well, she appeared a girl save for the color of her eyes, the slight fangs and the scales running up the right side of her face. The female warrior bowed to Lakayna and smiled warmly at the younger girl. Straightening up, she listened as everyone spoke around her, but she remained quiet. When there was a pause, she took her opportunity.
"I'm sorry, but I've done what I can. My place is to help the people of China and I've got to get back to Shang and report to the Emperor and then try and fix everything that's been done. It was an honor to meet you, Lakyna." Mulan said, bowing towards the dragoness at the end. Turning back to Sora she smiled and walked forward, hugging the boy before releasing him. "Good luck on the rest of your journey. If you ever need anything, you know where I am." Mulan looked away from him and out over the entire group. "If anything of you ever need anything, you know where I am," she corrected. Giving them a smile, the warrior turned and sheathed her sword before dashing away, off to gain some control and order on the hectic palace. Sora would have to deal with Hikari if things were still rough on the matter; she could no longer help. She silently wished them all luck. Maybe she'd see Sora and the others one day. Though hopefully, the next time she saw them would simply be for a visit.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch
Naminé had straightened up, got to her feet when Riku kneeled down to the shadowy cat. The petite blonde moved away as Riku placed his arms around the cat. Darkness erupted around the two but was vanished by a brilliant light. When the light dissapeared, Hikari was in Riku's arms, the two siblings together. As if should have been all along. The petite blonde was happy that things turned out this way, and she could no longer sense the Darkness in Hikari.
And yet... though she was happy she was worried. Moving a bit away from the group, Naminé walked over to a window, gazing out of it and up at the sky. Xmenas was back. He was back to reclaim Kingdom Hearts. She'd thought that they'd gotten rid of him forever... but it seemed he was even stronger than before. Would he try to use her again? Would he try to regroup the Nobodies, form an Oganization? Would he create a new one? Their troubles were far from over... Naminé clenched a hand into a fist before turning back to the group. Not surprisingly, Kairi was now there, along with Axel, Lakayna and Sora. Walking back to them, Naminé spoke quietly, hoping she wasn't interrupting any conversation. "Let's go home... we've caused enough havoc here for one day." The girl wouldn't look anybody in the eyes, but she was staring down at the ground. She was happy that Hikari was back and safe but her happiness was marred by her worry for the future.

Mickey walked over to Sora and the group, explaining to them what had happened while they were tending to Lakayna. He was glad to have met Lakayna even though he didn't know her mother.
Axel held onto Lakayna so that she didn't have to support much of her weight on herself. After Mickey listened to his conversation and sighed. "Where Kingdom Hearts all began, huh?" he asked when Mickey told them where Xemnas said he would be. He then looked at the rest of the group before looking at the King. "We can't go after him now. We gotta rest and regroup," he said.
Hikari finally pulled away from her brother, letting them get up. While she now had a blindfold over her eyes, she still knew that she could at least get a sense of her way around until they left. She then turned to her brother. "Let's go home," she told him, looking at the rest of the group.
Sora stuttered a goodbye to Mulan before she ran off with Shang to meet with the Emperor and to start fixing what was damaged in the fight. He wished that one day he would be able to come back here as well, just for a visit rather than having to go on some kind of mission. When his attention turned to the King and his explanation of what was going on, he had to admit he was rather amazed. It seemed that a lot has happened while they were outside. He agreed with Axel and explained that they needed to recuperate and rest before they could tackle someone as big as Xemnas, especially with the power of Kingdom Hearts at his disposal.

~Alexander~ ~Heir to The World That Never Was~
Alexander had watched as everything unfolded with his father. When Riku attacked Hikari and seemingly killed her it took every ounce of self restraint he had to keep himself from attacking him. In the end the only reason he didn't was because he was caught off-guard when his father emerged and then disappeared. A few moments later Hikari reappeared and Alexander nearly ran to her, but stopped suddenly. The deep connection he had thought he felt with her had weakened severely. It seemed that with his father gone so was alot of what he sensed about her.
When the rest of the group showed up Alexander turned away from them and walked a few feet away from them. "What my father does is no longer of my concern. As far as I'm concerned he can go back to the realm of nothingness and disappear." He stated simply before opening up a corridor of darkness. "I'll see you back at school I guess." He told them with a shrug as he entered the portal. Alexander didn't bother to close it behind him, thinking the others might use it. So, when he stepped on the grounds of the school he merely kept walking past the front gates and down the street towards the apartment that would serve as his home while he attended school.

(school couldn't be going on now. it's the weekend; a sunday since they spent all that time in the Land of Dragons. i guess we can let them have their carnival now, right?)
Lakayna's eyes looked from the King to the back of Alexander's head. She spoke not a word as he left, only closing her eyes and sighing softly. I am...so sorry I doubted you, she thought to herself as he walked through the Dark Portal. Lakayna was unable to project any of her thoughts while in her human form, so any that came to mind stayed privately within her head.

Riku was a little hesitant to let his sister go, afraid that she would vanish. But she was fine. He still held her hand of course. He looked up at Naminé. He wasn't sure what he had done to her, if anything at all but he was sorry for the look on her face. The silvernette remembered that the King was still here. "I have to take the king back..." Riku said. He let go of Hikari's hand and went over to the small mouse. He hoped that Sora didn't question him and just left. He would feel horrible if his friend knew he still used the powers of he Darkness.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch
Naminé turned to Alex as the boy created a portal of Darkness and she watched him step through. Instead of having it swirl closed after him, it remained there. Waiting for any others to follow. The petite blonde cast one look around the group, suddenly feeling exhausted. The potion Hikari had gave her yesterday had perked her up but it wouldn't substitute for real sleep. The petite blonde cast a look around the group, then at the portal. "Let's go, guys." She said in her usual soft tone.
The Nobody turned towards the portal but before she stepped through, her eyes turned over to Riku. He'd walked over to the King, saying he needed to talke him back. Naminé's eyes locked with Riku's and she gave him a faint smile before she stepped through. The girl walked through the familiar darkness and ended up outside of Destiny High. Looking about, she spotted no one so she walked a few feet away from the portal and waited. Good thing it was Sunday. No highschool kids were about to see them walking out of a portal.

Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart King Mickey answered Kairi's question by explaining to them all that had gone on in the palace while the rest of them were outside. He told them about how Hikari had lost her heart but came back, and about the return of Xemnas. Xemnas was back? That news stuck fear into the Princess's heart. What was going to happen now? Would she again be kidnapped, held captive, and unable to help her friends? What would happen to her friends? So many things were going through Kairi's mind. The future seemed so uncertain now. It seems like they only just got back from their last journey. Would they have to leave on another one already? Axel then said that they couldn't go after Xemnas now, that they needed to rest and regroup. The other red head was right about that. Kairi sighed. They'd worry about Xemnas later. She just hoped that the Nobody didn't do anything while they were recuperating. Naminé suggested that they better go home. The petite blonde was right, and Kairi could tell her Nobody was tired. "Yeah let's go," the crimsonette replied. They could all use the rest after all the fighting and all the cold. Alexander walked away from the group then stopped. He told them that he longer had any concern for what his father did. As far as the white haired boy was concerned his father could return to the realm of nothingness and disappear. Alexander then opened up a corridor of darkness, said that he'd see them back at school, and walked through leaving the corridor open for the others to go through. Kairi was glad to hear that Alexander wasn't siding with Xenmas. The crimsonette had doubted him a little when they had first met, which she was very sorry for doing so, but she was sure now that Alexander was not a bad guy. Riku stated that he needed to take King Mickey back. The Princess turned to the King, made a small curtsey, then smiled saying "It was nice to see you again Your Majesty. Hopefully the next time we meet it will be for more positive reasons." Kairi then waved to Riku and said "We'll see you back home." Kairi then followed her Other through the portal that Alexander had made. She emerged from the portal onto the grounds of Destiny High. She saw Naminé and walked over to her, and stood with her while they waited for the others to come. We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

Lakayna's eyes followed Namine and then Kairi as the Princess and her Nobody walked through the dark portal that had been left opened. The girl's eyes then moved to the King. She didn't know what to say as she watched, vreifly, Riku escort the mouse back to his home world. When they were gone, Lakayna looked up to Axel's face. "We should go too," she said, moving her gaze back to the swirling Dark Portal.

Sora tilted his head when Riku said that he needed to take the King back to his home world. After making a short question why, Mickey quickly explained that he was just escorting him to the nearest gummi ship portal, like the ones Sora himself used. Relatively satisfied with that explanation, he told Riku that he would see him back on the Islands and turned to walk through the portal with Kairi, seeing that morning had quickly turned to night on the islands. Sora grinned at Kairi and her nobody when he saw them near Destiny High. "Fun adventure, huh? I think I'm ready for some sleep, though. Ari is probably getting worried," he said, stifling a small yawn.
Mickey walked with Riku until he was out of sight of the rest of the group before turning to Riku. "I'll try to find out more about Xemnas. In the meantime, I think you gotta watch out for Hikari. She might know lots about the Heartless an' such, but I don't think she knows much about everyday life," he explained. After a few more exchanges of words, Riku opened a portal and Mickey disappeared within it, returning to the Disney Castle and Riku returning to Hikari, Lakayna and Axel.
Hikari was just picking up her black sunglasses off the floor when Riku returned. With a small nod, she walked with him through the portal and appeared on the other side, with Axel and Lakayna following behind, closing the portal after everyone was through.
"I'll take Lakayna home. I'll see you guys tomorrow, at the docks, got it memorized?" he asked and turned to Lakayna, telling her to get up on his back so he could carry her, knowing she was still too weak to walk such a distance from school to her house. She argued a little, but he eventually coaxed her on and walked away from the group and headed for Lakayna's house.
Hikari then turned to her brother. "Riku, our parents still wouldn't remember me. Where would I go?" she asked, turning her blindfolded gaze towards him.
((Sorry for the light god-mod you guys. Just wanted to get everyone back to the Islands))

Lakayna pouted, but never-the less allowed herself to be hoisted onto Axel's back. The sword she'd gotten had been put in the quiver, which still hung from Lakayna's back. The young girl yawned, sleepily waving to the friends as Axel carried her back to her home. "See you guys tomorrow," she said with another yawn. Lakayna's arms clung around Axel's shoulders. She wasn't doing it hard as in choking him; just hard enough instinctively so she wouldn't fall off as her head nestled aginst him and she fell asleep. Lakayna felt safe with Axel. She felt great care for him, much more than even any of her now very close friends, and that was really saying something. It wasn't just a high school crush any lnger. The girl was actually beginning to really fall in love with the fiery-haired Nobody. In the back of her mind, while she slept, Lakayna wondered if he felt the same way. Sure, she knew what Axel was and what that entitled; no heart meaning no real feelings right? But Lakayna could help feeling like there really was something there, something real; real feelings.
