Dash would recover just as TMG dove at him.
His counter would be simple. He'd lean back his upper body just as TMG would collide with him. At that same moment he'd wrap both his arms around his opponant's body, just below the armpits, and lock them together.
Then, he would perform... A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!

Dashboard Then, he would perform... A BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! "Oh nyuuu" TMGuy flew comedically as though he was a rag doll being forced into a front flip where he landed on his upper neck and back. -Womp!-After his body settled in to accept all of the pain, which took about one or two seconds .. whatever.. he rolled further away from Dash. Whichever direction that was, and stood up and reassumed "the position." Slowly but surely he would progress towards Dash.

Crawleymang~ Whichever direction that was, and stood up and- -would be greeted by Dash's left foot planting itself on his right shoulder. Dash was able to stand up from the throw quickly and the moment TMG hit the ground, he would have dashed towards him, taking several large steps. As TMG was standing, Dash hopped up to step onto the lucha masked guy's right shoulder with his left foot. What would his right be doing? Swinging back to kick TMG in the head as Dash would basically keep on running forward, "skipping" off his foe.

Dashboard -would be greeted by Dash's left foot planting itself on his right shoulder. That cheap guy Dash, trying to perform a wakeup throw. Quickly thinking... ... ...... ... Oh yeah um, quickly thinking, TMGuy threw his hands up "in front" of Dash while leaning forward in Dash's direction. Or something. He pushed as Dash's lower section to force him off of him. It was more of a "break" than a counter attack... Visually, ahead of him there was an "opening" in the floor which revealed a lower level portion of their location, protected by guardrails. Shortly after pushing Dash off of him, TMGuy would launch himself straight forward at his opponent's torso like a missle with his hands crossed in front in the shape of an "X."

"!?"
Dash's forward momentum was abruptly halted by the break and now he was moving backwards. He wasn't sure what was behind him, and he sure as hell couldn't turn around to look. The forceful slam would push Dash back aways, bringing him closer to the railing, but not into it. He would about, let's say, 5 feet from it when he recovered and halted himself.

"Huuu!"
TMGuy's recover would consist of a roll forward, not too far away from Dash, but for what he was about to do, he'd need more space. So the only logical thing to do was...
Back up with a few quick steps and dazzling footwork, then he'd sprint at Dash, jumping in the air again, his body aiming to go past Dash's left side. However his left arm was out like a hook to "catch" Dash's head.
Then he'd push his feet off the railing to 180 with Dash and "reverse bulldog" him into the ground.

Well, There was not much else Dash could do other than to place his hands in front of him to absorb most of the blow as he'd hit the ground. He didn't want to smash his face all over the hard tile, after all. Not to say that he was entirely successful, he's still end up hitting the floor with his forehead.

TMGuy rolled away to one knee to catch his breath. Those were two big moves in a short time span.
"Whew.."
Alright! He stood up and circled Dash's body, sizing it up before his body hovered in the air like a shell then his legs would extend as he decended upon Dash's higher torso.
A flipping leg drop. Of course.. what would hit would would be obvious.
HIS PINKY TOE WOULD HIT THE GROUND CAUSING DASH TO GIGGLE INTO DISENTEGRATION.
That's what TMGuy was thinking. But of course that wasn't the case. Just a right leg descending onto the collar.

As TMG rolled off to one knee, Dash would roll over onto his back, the cieling appears to spin around all crazy like. Dash didn't focus on this for too long though, he saw his opponent moving, and then leaping into the air with a flip.
Was Dash just going to lay there and take it? Hell no! Dash would roll away from the leg, letting it hit the ground and leave his opponent in the sitting position.
With a quick handspring Dash would be back on his feet. He wouldn't stand around for long though. The first thing he did after standing was jump backwards, landing firmly on the table that had been in close proximity to him.
"Woooyah!"
Yeah, he takes up his "Stance" on the table, waiting for TMG to recover.

Dashboard Yeah, he takes up his "Stance" on the table, waiting for TMG to recover. "Oooh Nyuuuu" -Womp!- Again? Yes. But TMGuy quickly got over it and pushed forward off his hands to his feet where he looked up at Dash trying to be a colossus of a man. "RAAAAAAH!"

Dash then leapt from the table, rotating his body 180 degrees while performing a front flip.
His goal would be to land on TMG's shoulders in a sitting position, but not quiet with the "Crotch in face" action. It'd look more like they were celebrating some sort of victory.
ANyways, Dash's legs would then cross over TMG's neck, putting him into a headlock of sorts and Dash would then twist his upperbody hard backwards. What was he trying to do? Why, flip TMG over him of course... AND OVER THE RAILING!

Because he was shocked by the level of zaniness that was going on and the level of zaniness that was Dash, he found himself being flung backwards.
-BOOM-
His tits hit the railing, but he was upside down so when he hit it he "bounced" off the railing to where he was falling down stomach-up from above.
-KLATTER-
Was the sound of him crashing through one of the "booths" below. Poor vendor. TMGuy ruined the top of it and "bounced" off the base of it, face down onto the floor.
People scattered.
"Nyuuu~"

As TMGuy flew over the railing, Dash was back on his feet and close behind him.
He'd hop off with his right foot and then spring off the railing with his left. Downwards he would soar, bending his knees up and raising his arms into the air, spider-man style!
He'd land about a second after TMG wound up face down. He took care not to meet the same fate and landed about two and a half feet in front of the downed fighter.

TMGuy slowly got up to his feet while keeping an eye on Dash. Because he kinda, y'know looked around as he did it to find whoever.
He'd stand up like a good little soldier and reassume "the position" for which to properly fight"
"Come onnnn~"

Dash grinned and flipped backwards, gaining quite a bit of altitude. What was he doing, exactly? Well, behind them would a trash can sitting next to a bench. Dash's flip would now place him behind this trash can, putting a good 7 feet between him and TMG. With his left leg, he'd kick the base of the trash can, causing it to tilt backwards and fall.
"Haaa...."
It wouldn't hit the ground however, as another kick with the same foot would send it into the air, about 4 feet off the ground.
"Woooo!"
Finally, Dash spun his body clockwise, performing a thrust kick with his right foot that would send the Trash can flying towards TMG, spewing trash and everything.
"HATAAAAH!"
