(( Roger That))
Junta slipped out of the vent and walked down the hall slowly. Looking at his HUD he saw more troops had come. Though he could take the hole base out, it was to much and he could get killed. Pulling out his only two bombs he looked for a good place to plant them.

((this is absurd. i'm FFWing))
Sigma fiddeled with his armor, it seemed to be heavier than it first had seemed to him. He was back on Kamino, only a week or so after the disaster that had occured on Rhen Var. While it was a Republic win, it was not more than pandemonium.
Now, as he waited on Kamino, there was word that the CIS was moving in, to strike the heart of the war itself: the clone facilities on Kamino.
The entire city was waiting, rumor had it that the main ARC unit was going to be unlocked. Sigma laughed to himself and hoped that the ARCs would be better than Copy.

(( Tell me about it. I think this RP is half-dead already. ))
Iota was tweaking her various devices and tools, making sure they were still at their peak performance. Having been awaiting orders for what seemed like an eternity, she began to show signs of boredom. Between several equipment checks and organizing, she had been fiddling with a spike to the point her hand was getting tired. She turned to Sigma, " I don't know about you, but this quiet is killing me. "

Copy sat leaning against a wall, smoke trailing from the cigarette in his mouth. His brothers would be unfrozen soon. Copy wondered if he would be transfered back to the ARC corp or continue leading this group of nerfs. He shrugged and continued brooding, the cirgarette slowly burining itself out.

((lol, wow. plot hole much?))
Zeta sat in the medical bay. He had volunteered to perform checkups on the recently unfrozen ARCs, and was waiting for the next cell to be unlocked. It was interesting work to say the least. Some of the ARCs were quite vocal, while others remained deathly silent. They all reminded him of Copy, somehow. Some insisted on smoking, while others refused to take off their helmets. Most of his time was spent convincing the ARCs to do what he wanted. It was a unique experience.
Invariably, all of them were in the finest shape possible, if not more than he was to expect. He didn't see how such men could lose any battle, and although he disagreed with some of the loud ones' philosophies, he trusted the facility to their defense.

Chi sat next to Copy and dropped a dozen packs of cigarettes onto his lap. "The ARCs are pretty tough, but it seems their just as prone as any man is to feminine wiles. They asked for my identity number, so I gave them Phi's."
She smiled at him, glad to have her stuffy helmet off and her hair down. "I see you've caught the mood a lot of people seem to share. Except the grunts. They're happy about everything."
She looked down. "I'm loyal to the Republic and all, but I have to admit I'm a little afraid to die."

Suprised the Arc quickly stowed the cancer sticks on his person. what he couldn't squirrel away he slipped into his pack. He stomped out hits Butt and lit a new one, offering one to Chi. "Of course you are. In some way everyone's afraid to die. Thats why the Republic bred an army. They're afraid of Dying. so they leave that to us." He took a puff, blowing the smoke into the air. "Fear motivates you. It's natures equivalent of the adrenal-stim."

She nodded and took the cig. She bit down on it experimentally and lit it, inhaling sharply and coughing. She smiled despite the discomfort and coughed up more smoke before answering. "I suppose that's all true. But the other clones seem so much less afraid than I am. It's unsettling for me, knowing that I am more conscious than they are. In a way I envy them. Being independant can be kind of inconvenient sometimes."
She took another drag and coughed a little bit less than on her first breath.

Sigma waited outside on the main decks. He knew what was coming. Everyone knew. Seperatist ships had been spotted outside of the system. Pilots were scrambling and the main defence force had loosely assembled outside of Tipoca City.
Sigma spotted a seargent and opened a short-range frequency to him.
"Hey, what the hell is taking the shield generators so long?" he asked the trooper.
"Who knows. Must be taking forever to charge up," the trooper answered.
As Sigma leaned against a wall in the eternal rain, he checked his rifle. Word on the street was that the Clone Commandos, who were pretty much a glorified Band of Vode, had been given the new DC-17 interchangeable weapons systems.
Why the newly created Omega Squad was given the new system before Sigma and his unit was beyond him, but there was no time to think.
The very trooper that Sigma had just spoken to, suddenly fell. Reacting quickly, the adrenaline already running, Sigma rolled to one side as CIS ships came in, spitting laser fire. The slower troopers fell almost instantly, and Sigma looked to see whether an entire fleet had arrived. Luckily, it was only a squadron of fighters, probably an advance party.
"We've got company," Sigma said as the pilots struggled to get their Skysprite fighters off the ground. Unable to do anything, Sigma was forced to watch as a proton bomb annhilated three troopers and a Skysprite. Finally two fighters lifted off, and three more soon followed while the rest of the air force prepared.
The Defence of Kamino had begun.

Zeta braced himself as he felt impacts on the station. He patted the ARC he was checking on the head and sent him off. "You're ready to fight, so fight."
He then lay down new mats and pulled out new instruments and liquids, preparing for wounded.

" Damn CIS trying to crash our party huh? Let's see how they like it when I crash them. " Iota said, pulling out her console and starting up her devices. Trying to hack into the systems of the attacking fighters, she soon found it to be a fruitless endeavor, as they were keeping away far enough to be outside her range. She ran to the comminucations room, wires already out and prepared for use. " I need the systems in here to give me some extra juice to hack the invaders. " The communications officers just looked at each other, puzzled. " MOVE! " she yelled, coming closer to the main system with the officers getting out of her way. After a few moments of hooking the wires up into the main system, her console soon got a sudden range boost, now able to reach the fighters. " Alright, let's see what all I can do here... " she said, hacking into 1 fighter and managing to cause an overload in it's firing systems, shorting out its lasers for the moment. " Not good enough. That won't stop 'em. " She kept at it, trying to hack the fighter so she could control it remotely, but having no success as of yet.
