"I couldn't possibly sleep anyway..", she began,"I fell asleep before and something like this happens..", she mumbled a few other words before standing. She kissed her Suru on the cheek lightlywith a smirk. "I hope you're feeling atleast a little better..", she said following Jak.

His hand snapped out and he caught Laci's wrist, quickly, before she could get far. He pulled her back, slowly, still not looking up, and he murmured, softly, eyes flicking up o meet hers, keenly.
"Stay."

Lacuna shivered at the touch so cold. Realizing it was Suru she smiled and nodded clasping his hands in her own. She brushed his cheek with care and concern.
"Are you feeling any better?", she asked him in a low tone.

He nodded, slowly, sitting down. e pulled her, gently, along with him, guiding her effortlessly into his lap. As he did, he felt her sides, and frowned, softly, murmuring,
"Gods, you're so thin."

Jak dropped down on a chair across from the pair, watching them both with concern. He leaned back, exhausted, and closed his eyes.

Lacuna bit her lip at the comment and nodded.
"Yeah.. Can't say that I'm a big eater, enjoy my coffee all the same though..", she said. She kissed him gently and smiled searching his eyes.

He just watched her, eyes narrow with concern, then reached up and tilted her chin down, meeting her eyes keenly, something pleading in his own, sad, desperate, almost.
"Come with us."

"Come with you?", she asked with a raised brow.
"Come with you where?", she was confused now, she had every intention of staying by Suru's side since she found out he was ill- so what made him say; "Come with us"?

He stood up, slowly, guiding her to her feet and taking her hands, guiding her with him a few stes towards the stairs. His eyes never left hers as he murmured, softly,
"Jak . . . ?"

Lacuna just followed Suru, she Looked aimlessly into his eyes, not really paying attention to anything else, but her beloved.

He smiled lazily, still staying focused completely on LAcuna, and murmured,
"Let's take our angel to bed, huh? She's been through a lot of worry today over nothing. And so have you."

Jak's eyes flickered at the evenings events being brushed off as nothing but said nothing as he pushed himself up and moved to follow.

"But I'm not sleeeeeeeeeepy!!", she said in a pout-y voice. She held her hand behind her back some, waiting for Jakkin to grasp it so that she'd know he wasn't too far behind.
