When Yuki and Shiori had gone into the next room, Aled frowned and looked to Watari.
"Something on your mind, Watari-kun?"
The scientist looked up, "Iie, Aled-sama. Demo..."
"If you like Yuki-san... you should tell her."
At this, Watari blushed slightly. "I can't do that, Aled-sama. It wouldn't be right. I mean, we just met and..."
"And if I have to order you to tell her?" the Ou asked.
Meanwhile...
"Is there a draft in here???"
After Shiori's words, a voice spoke softly.
"You could take it that way."
There was a sudden burst of wind and ki. Yuki would have gone flying across the room, quite the gash in her torso and stomach.
Shiori would have felt hand grasp the back of her neck tightly, "I wouldn't move if I were you."
Aoki...

Yuki choked, blood trickling from her mouth as well as gushing from her torso.
She went tumbling like a ragdoll, crashing into a few tables and eventually the wall before listlessly slumping to the floor.
Everyone in the palace so far had suffered some sort of life threatening wound; Yuki was bound to be affected at one point or another.
Shiori froze, arms immediately moving to try and cover herself.
Otherwise, the woman was absolutely still.
"What do you want?!" she whispered, tense. "Yuki-chan?!! YUKI-CHAN!!!"
But the woman didn't respond...
"TASUKETE!!"

At the sudden sound of a crash, Aled was dashing toward the exam room.
Watari was steps behind him.
"Chotto matte!" Aoki's voice ordered, stopping Ou and scientist in the doorway.
In Watari's left hand, was a gun.
"Aoki..." the scientist whispered.
The man smled, "That's right, Watari-kun..."
Aled, whom was about to say something, suddenly froze.
Watari's gun was wedged just between the Ou's shoulder blades.
"Gomen nasai, Aled-sama..."
Laughing, Aoki looked to Shiori, "Now do you see what I want. With Aled's death will come the throne of Tarnbsei. Since you won't give it willingly..."
"And what, may I ask, did you do to lure Watari to your side?" the Ou replied icely.
"Nothing really." Aoki smirked. "Just promised that Yuki-san would be fine."
Aled's gaze narrowed, "She doesn't look fine."
"I missed anything important."

Shiori grew angry immediately. "Bakayaro! Kisama!!" she shouted at Watari, eyes blazing at the scientist. "SHE'S DYING!!! BAKA!!! It's YOUR FAULT!"
She had a point. Yuki was losing a LOT of blood, twitching once or twice. Her breathing was incredibly shallow.
She almost looked dead now.
She did the one thing she could.
Her third eye opened, beginning to transfix the scientist.
**Don't do it, Watari-san...**

Watari cocked the trigger, "Aoki. Yuki-san MUST be alright."
The man shrugged, a copy of himself appearing and picking the woman up. He edged through the door, placing Yuki in one of the rejuvenation tanks.
"With a little rest, she'll be right as rain. Now Watari-kun... if you will..."
But Aled spoke up, "If you do this Watari... we'll all die."
"Wakarimasu..." the scientist whispered. "Demo.... gomen nasai, Aled-sama... I just... I can't let Yuki-san die. She's the only person who's ever... who's ever..."
But he couldn't finish the sentence.

"You kill him, I'll never forgive you. Neither will Yuki." Shiori warned. "She does love you, but she did because you always did the right thing! What happened to your loyalty!?"
She struggled a bit, trying to figure out what weapons Aoki had at his disposal. "Aled-kun, get out of here.."
She was actually scared, strange to say, not only for herself but for the Ou.
Was Watari really going to take him away from her??
The prospect of being alone wasn't exactly a dream come true for the woman.

Fir gave Eara a hard look. "Then I know someone who can pick up your slack."

"I'd love to, Shiori... but a ki gun is something I can't really walk away from easily." Aled replied with a bit of a frown.
Watari shook his head, "It doesn't matter if I'm forgiven..." he glanced to the side. "I just... I have to save her, Shiori-san..."
Watari's eyes were still off to the side.
It was a signal.
And he hopped desperately that Shiori picked up on it.

Eara looked surprised by this, crossing her arms and sitting in silence.
He had hit a nerve. Eara could get terribly jealous, but it wasn't just her fault.
"You're too injured for me anyhow." she snapped back, refusing to look at him. "I'd send you back to the hospital for months!"
Trying to salvage her pride, but part of her really believed it.
"You couldn't handle me if you were fully healed and five times stronger than you are now."
Kazuhiko nodded. "And I died once. Almost twice. And I fight too Da."
Shiori picked up on the signal, shirking slightly to the side. "Let me go, onegai... At least let me get dressed!" she pleaded with Aoki, hoping to distract him a bit. "Onegaishimasu!"

Fir snorted. "Yeah. I'm sure I coudn't handle anything Miss Chasity Belt dished out. You do know how to bring humor back into the situation. Thanks for that."

"Miss Chastity Belt?!" Eara snapped, actually turning to face him. She was flushing brightly. "Just because I don't seduce you the second I meet you, and you act like a child instead of an adult during our deal, and you call me that?!! Stop the car!"
She grabbed his wrist firmly, clearly infuriated. "Stop, the car!"
Kazuhiko nodded. "I trust you Bright Eyes." he smiled. "You'll help us a lot, I know it."

But Eara didn't answer, grabbing Fir by the cheeks and kissing him deeply.
Jealousy. The nerve he hit was the only explanation.
She unbuckled her seatbelt, quickly slinking over to his side of the car and shoving him against the seat passionately.
Miss Chastity Belt, hmm??
He had another thing coming.

"Mmmph," Fir wasn't even able to get out a full word before his mouth was covered and he was slammed against the side of the car. His hands enveloped Eara's body instictively, kissing her right back with forceful passion.

Eara flushed deeply, hands entangling in Fir's hair.
She yanked on it, moving to kiss his throat and suckle on his ear.
"You'll regret calling me that." she whispered, "And to think I was going to be gentle with you.."
A quick flick of the handle and with one simple push, Fir, Eara, and the back of the seat went plummeting downwards.
Little Rose certainly had her thorns.
