Had it really been that lond? Had I really not seen my dad since I was thirteen and going through my pet umbilical phase? I realized we had alot of cathing up to do.
I hadnt brought all of my clothes from Pheonix, so I had only twelve bags. My dad and I took them in shifts to his Viper.
"Before you start making jabs about me being divorced, middleaged, and going through midlife crisis," he said as we put on our seat belts, ankle straps, and helmets, "allow me to explain that I need a very aerodynamic car as a window- wiper. if I dont drag race to those windows, they're going to question whether Im the right kind of guy to hang off their roofs. Push that button hun- It raises the giant snake head."
I hoped he wasnt thinking of driving me to school in that car. Every other kid probably rode a donkey.
"I got you your own car," my dad said, after I counted down and said "blast off!' He started the car after turning the key in the ignition several times.
"What kind of car?" My dad really loved me, so I was pretty sure it was an airplane-car.
"A truck car. A U-HUAL, to be exact. I got it pretty cheap, free to be exact."
"Where did you get it from?" I asked, hoping he wouldnt say the dump.
"The street."

I've had a Ginger Bread Martini, A keylime Pie Martini, Gin and Tonic, Rum and Coke, Real Egg Nog, and... Something with mint leaves in it... Didn't like any of them...

At lunch I sat with Tom and Lucy's friends again. Looking around at all the other tables, I realized this must be the popular table. It was definitly the closest to the door-- optimal for getting to class on time. Also, everyone at the table had a bag lunch with their name on it. I felt bad for the kids at other tables, who were probably nice, but just not socially connected enough to sit close to the door or use paper bags. Tom's lunch had "My Little Sugar-Pie" wtieen on it. When I asked why his mom only make him a little sugar-pie, he pretended not to hear. I made a note to pack some vegetables for that boy.

After lunch was Biology-- with Edwart. I wished my heart wasnt beating so fast as I walked down the hall. I especially wished my armpits werent sweating so much; I must be secreting pheromones like crazy, which would only heighten Adam and Tom's frenzy. Drenched in my natural secretions, I walked into class and braced myself for their wild attacks. Instead, I saw Edwart. He looked like a boy in an ad for Deodorant, whish I definitly would have bought if he were selling it, even if it had aluminum in it, which causes AIDS.I slid into the seat next to him. To my astonishment, he looked up from his computer with a slight nod.

Ive been at easter things, or working, for the last two days, and if ive been on, its been on my phone.
