-Reeve shrugs a little forlornly-
That's a long story... I was driven to learn stealth and secrecy by neccesity, forced to steal for a living. I and only one other survivor, Sarya Rhion, who would later my wife made it out of our village after The Dissapearings. I didnt see her for many, many years. Having no parents, no home, no friends, I made it through life sneaking in the shadows, till Nekojiri, the owner of this place found me, and let me put those skills to the work of good. Also, I was a highly...irregular... half breed child and my powers could not be left unchecked, so here I am.

"Well then, you life story is interesting even when short and you life it taking a turn for good, so I am happy for you. Now if this place can turn my life 'round, then maybe... Any way, no need to bother you. Go 'bout you day. It was good to meet you, but I have to go meditate, my Blood is running dead, so, goodbye Reeve." She said, she jumpped from the tree and walked farther into the forest. She needed meditation, she could feel the shadows in her veins dieing.

-Reeve cocks an eyebrow at her retreating figure. There was far too much pride in her. That seems to be a reoccuring problem, he thinks to himself. None the less, he is intrigued. Blood running low? what could that mean? He contemplates tracking her, but decides to let well enough alone for the moment-

She found a small clearing, covered in the shadows of trees and leaves. She sat down, folding her legs and placing closed fists with her wrists turned upwards on her knees. She sat there, closing her eyes. The shadows around her seemed to follow her breath, moving toward her as she breathed in and moveing away as she breathed out. Soon enough all the shadows from the clearing had disappered. Nova still had her eyes closed, she soon exhaled, pulling the mask away from her mouth a black mist flowed out in the exhale. She exhaled dead shadows, they formed around her taking the place of where the shadows of trees and leaves had been. She opened her eyes, in her left eye, a cloud of black had formed, but soon depleted. She stood up, the place looked exactly the same as when she had first arrived now.
She had taken in the shadows, taking it into her blood, eversince she was young she had shadows for Blood. She had exhaled a large amout of what she called Dead Shadows, wich were shadows that had corsed through her viens long enoguh and had no power left. By taking in new shadows she was back to her healthy state, and by leting the Dead Shadows out of her they would regain power quickly.

-Reeve senses the shadow activity, restraining the urge to seek out and fight it. He knew it was Nova and therefore, of no harm. But still, it bothered him....-

She smiled, then placed her mask back over the bottem of her face. She looked around the small clearing, she jumping into a tree and layed down, "Guess I'll sleep here later tonight, far enough away and plently of shadows." She cracked all her finger then popped her neck. She heard a caw and saw the raven again. Sh disappered into the shadows as it flew by.

She opened her eyes to see Reeve, "What is it?" She asked, spinning around to sit on the brach instead of lay down.

No blood came out, but a black mist, "I don't have blood, I did, once, when I was younger, but now I live of shadows, they are my Blood." She said. She tore some cloth from her scarf and tied it around her arm. "I'm sorry if you feel weird because of it."

But I suppose we didn't transcend death in the same way. And Nova, I've been around the block a few times. I've seen very strange things, and seeing more of them, this side on the friendly side of the line, is nothing that evokes an apology. It's okay.

" 'Least you dont think I'm a freak." She said, her semi-smile covered by her mask. "I didn't really die, I was saved." She said. "Anyways, lets not dally on depressing thoughts." She looked up, "Goddess, they never stop comeing..." She saw the white raven fly overhead. It saw her and screeched, flying down. Nova sighed and it sat infront of her. Staring at her, "Go away... Tell Tongino, up his!" She said, flicking off the bird, it flew away. "I hate those." She mummbled, throwing a rock at the raven.

Nova sighed and jumpped back onto the tree, laying down and closing her one visable eye. She sighed and drifted to sleep.

Nova awoke, her sleep had been interupted by a nightmare. Her nightmares were like her visions, except of people who could not move while they died. She sighed, sitting up against the tree. She pulled her bag out of the shadows, she took out a small leather container and opened it, she poured 9 small black pills onto her hand. "Only 9 more nights of perfect sleep, then I'm back to the f'n nightmares." She sighed, putting the pills back. They were a seditive, to help her sleep, she wouln't wake by nightmares, but she also wouldn't wake if there was a fire. She jumpped out of the tree and looked around, no raven was sitting and watch her so this gave her a happy note. She walked into a shadow, "Now I have a bar to get to." She dissappered.
