I dunno about lighting, our neighborhood is totally scroogish. But in terms of strange men there's actually a Skinny Santa Claus outside asking for donations to some charity... and some highschooler looking for money.

I think we have a gang in our neighborhood. Not that I would know, because I'm white and the "gang" is black. lol
EDIT: About 95% of the neighborhood is black, too. That's Duncanville for ya!

One guy's been adding to his display for years and years
It even circles around the side outside of the trees that shield his house now
And this year someone popped up with one of those light displays that synchronize with the music
So we went there too
