Billy goes home, and gets drunk. At some point during his drinking binge, he decides it's a good idea to go over to Dom's house and demand that dom take him back. So he manages to stuble over there.

Dominic is sitting around his house, watching depressing (and probably violent) movies. Not really hanging out with Sakura that much, he just had a cd to give her earlier.

Dom blinks, thinking his house seems to be busy that night. he goes to the door and is again surprised to find Billy there.

"No. I'm not. And believe me, I'd know if I was. Oh, and even if I was, what would it matter?" he doesn't like the way Billy's acting, but he's trying to stay near him since it looks like billy might fall over at any point.

Billy's face turns toward Dom's, absolutely full of sorrow. "I love you." he says. "What does she have that I don't?"

"She's a friend, she was coming over to borrow a CD, and to hang out. Am I not allowed having friends? I wouldn't know if she was better than you, since I haven't slept with her." Then he adds, rather sincerely, "I doubt it though."
