The way to stop it is match my power and speed with the proper skills needed, it is a very basic over lay style of attack. Manipulation just at a very fine level.
If milky is the fighter and rper he said he is, than he would have no problem logicly assesting the situation at hand and use the proper skills required to stop such an attack.
Since, regardless of his skill, he'd have to have his character access AND disassemble your attack, faster than the speed of light. =P See where I'm getting?
And Dr. Nightz, yeah. I think they can. XP AND IPPO GIF!? WHERE!?

You need to understand "Psionic thought" I leave the clues on how to stop them, of course if you have the proper skills needed. But pay close attention to what I left out in that phrase.

Also, something that's always bugged me a bit, Ertai, It seems to me the only way to actually utilize your weaknesses is to be a Psionics user, Or at least something of the sort. Does that mean that no matter how good of a RolePlayer/Fighter you are, if your character isn't made to use as advanced of mental abilities as you imply, can they still beat you?

I am going to slam my foot about my useage of Psionic's in this tourny.
This is a tourny to show who is the best, the best should beable to fight on all grounds as I can. If you can't stop me than you clearly cannot be the best. Learn what I have learned if you wish to try and stop me.
If he cannot match me, out smart me, out power me or get me to make a mistake if he can live past this post, than he will die.
It's like trying to fight someone with a sword when they are using a missle.
Don't bring a knife to a gun fight. Learn that and remember it and you will learn your grounds much better in combat.

I'm saying, it'd be borderline impossible.. for someone to actually perceive the attack's effects, direction, etc. - and devise a counter measure of any sort, then launch it, be it telepathically or otherwise, in that amount of time giving the distance and the speed you specified. =P

With out a exact description of how fast it is, it is pretty ******** fast because such a thing cannot be given an exact time. I use an infinity complex with near everything psionic, I swarm and maelstrom my attacks. I create buffers and back doors to everything I do, so if someone who does have the skill to stop or redirect or counter an ability of mine, I can do the same thing right back.
Psionic fights go until one person makes a mistake, or unless someone is much smarter and knows more advanced moves.
Things like controled Resonance, have no advancement or harm to me. I keep a constant shift, never the same twice. Thus making me nearly impossible to destroy or shut down psionicly.

Oh and for Jac and whom ever else thinks a psionic "immunity" will work against me, they best second guess their immunities because I know every back door to psionic "immunities"
Because if you cannot explain how it blocks psionics than it cannot block psionics.
Hell
I will attack the very energy or outside influence which gives you an "immunity" everything is made up of atoms, energy and or cells. I will pick them apart, I will pick your immunity apart.
