Easiest way to make up jutsu, is to advance off of clan techniques. 3nodding
If you need people to help make you stronger, I'll assist after the current SL is over, and assist in the SL once you get your characters there.
I've sent some decent force from my selection to the second half of the SL in Hidden Heaven. 3nodding
