Kayla grabbed some of the diving rings and threw them in. she went under and got all but 3 of them in one breath.

((i would really not like either but as long as the knife is sharp my head cut of. it would be quciker because first they would have to make a hole to pull out the intestines then there is the actual pulling out which cant be plesant.))

Nick sprung up and dunked Kayla under the water before quickly bringing her back up then back down reapting that several time before stopping with her above water "No baby is just fine, but what about princess?"
