Morrigan wasn't listening, still invoking the holy energy.
She could endure the pain, it wasn't anything compared to before. Somehow, she instinctively knew that.
She seethed and hissed, the black ooze still evaporating away.
At one point she started coughing up the stuff, spitting it at Konton's feet.
She was starting to purify herself of the one toxin she actually could: darkness. All others were lethal to the woman.
She'd cleanse herself and invoke the Goddess and they'd regret ever doing this to her, to Po-ar, Kazuhiko...
The blackness was starting to melt from her hair. In about any other case, summoning this sort of energy would've been nearly impossible...
But the dire, DIRE need for her to save her son, to protect him, to protect everyone...
"Go to hell." she growled, eyes ablaze. "I can't wait until they kill you..."

Kazuhiko blinked up at Po-ar. "We'll smash Konton again, Otousan." he repeated himself. "We'll get Eara and Fir--Oniisan---to help. It's alright. Just focus, Otousan. You need to pull yourself together, ok??"
He kissed his cheek, snuggling in the man's arms. "Keep cool, Da, keep cool.... ASHHHHHHHUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" he shouted, "WHERE ARE YOU!?!"

Yuki shook her head. "No arguing." she scolded. "None, I won't have it. Maybe I'll let you off on good behaviour." she teased. "You might be running a fever..."
She moved to feel his cheeks, shaking her head. "You're flushed..."
Oblivious?
Perhaps.
Or maybe she was just playing coy, it was hard to tell.

Yuki wouldn't take it however, forcing him to sit back down. "Iie!" she scolded him harshly. "You've been severely hurt, and I'm not going to tolerate you traipsing around as if you had a papercut..."
She felt his cheeks again, shaking her head. "For not having a fever, your cheeks are flushed, and you're REALLY warm Watari-san..."
She started wheeling him around, heading towards the lab. "First thing's first... we need to check you out on the x-ray." she spoke gently, a far cry from the near-tyrant before. "We have to make sure you're absolutely alright before we move too quickly. What if you punctured something---an organ, a lung??? What would I do?? You almost died, Watari-san, I have to take every precaution. You're lucky to have survived that at all...!"

Morrigan HAD noticed it was getting more and more difficult to invoke energy, among other things.
Notably breathing as of the past few minutes.
She didn't speak, staring down the demon before focusing on the most beautiful and joyous memory she could.
Well, time to kill with kindness.
"Aww, Konton-kun no kawaii desu..." she choked, smirking at him. "No matter how much of my power you take, it doesn't matter. You're going to die. Tick, tock, tick, tock, tick, tock...."
She closed her eyes, slowly keeping time.
Meeting Po-ar, meeting Kazuhiko for the first time. Meeting her brothers, he sister...
Meeting Fir?
Ehhh... Wasn't bad.
Finding out Kazuhiko was the Hunter, practically a god in his own right...
To have met the last Fiannan... to have met Amairgen again...
All of Kazuhiko's little surprises... His gifts, his silly antics...
She had plenty of ammo to go on, if this was any weapon against him.

Kazuhiko opened a portal. "Konton came back." he whispered to Ashuri, frowning. "He has Okaasan..."

I didn't say that Thom replied with a frown.

"You are asking me to delibretly put my so, who has no magic, no defenses into the line of fire just so you can meet with Thorn," Mr. Janso said angerily. "No. You want to talk to her? Why do't you send a copy of yourself out to her here? Sam isn't going."

Bright Eyes sighed. "I'm sorry. Mr. Janson."

Come, on Kazuhiko. It's gonna have to be the two of us right now. He's right. Sammie doesn't have any powers. And we don't want Herne to find him either. But him and Thorn will come to us eventually. But we gotta go fight now. Its gonna have to be you and me.

"When I'm done taking your bribe, you're gonna sleep for a week. A MONTH," Fir retorted as they were lead to another underground room/cell.

"I'm not sure. I've been alive for a few thousand years. We could always find out." Morrigan challenged proudly.
She looked up at him, fearless.
She couldn't move, she could hardly breathe, but she had been there for a week it seemed like, at least, maybe even a month.
Time was different here, she could tell that much.

Eara blinked. "Sleep?" she raised an eyebrow. "What exactly do you mean by that??"
But suddenly she flushed brightly, unable to look at the man or even speak.
Ohhhhh crap, it was going to be hard to get out of this one.
He was calling her bluff.
"Umm..."

Kazuhiko frowned. "Herne's already here I don't doubt." he answered. "No one's safe anyhow."
He humphed and stormed away with Bright Eyes, arms crossed. "Sam should be having fun with us anyhow..."

Yuki smiled a bit. "I thought so. Now let's get that x-ray and take your temperature." she stuck the thermometer in his mouth, preparing the machine. "Just a moment...."
Eventually it beeped, and she raised an eyebrow. "Your temp's normal... Hn...! Guess you were right."

Kazuhiko shrugged. "I dunno. He tricked us." he answered Ashuri, sighing. "Please?"

"Come along of course." Eara coughed, crossing her arms as she moved forward. "Would you trust Fir on his own?"
It was the truth, and a way of comradery with the woman. "I wouldn't leave him with you alone even if he was bound in iron, magick, and rope."
She ruffled his hair. "Sunshine and lollipops Fir."
She'd play him off when she could.

Kazuhiko nodded. "I will." he agreed. "I'll stay here. You go through the portal to the other me, ok??"
He opened a set of portals, on the other side he waved from Po-ar's arms.

"KAY!" Bright Eyes said brightly climbing into the portal. "Hi Kazu's Papa!"

"Iron would probably bother us more than him," Nemetona said with a small smile, though I apprciate the thought.

Fir just stuck out his togue and pulled off his shirt agani, laying down on the cot.

Maeve was nearly bounching up and down when they boarded and she instantly took off to examie ever pieace of the ship's interior.

Thom stuck by Itachi, stading akwardly by the warrior's side.

Watari sighed, "Then can I move around freely tomorrow?" the scientist asked, wanting to avoid her question about how comfortable he was or not.

"Perhaps a mere scratch then, Genesis." Konton spoke as he looked to the daemon. "Let the boy live... we'll just weaken him enough to gain his powers."

The assassin glanced to the bard beside her, "Anything you want to see on the ship, to better familiarize yourself with?" she asked.
