I think any bunshin that can use jutsu has a footnote saying so, and how many.

I'm off for the night, here's hoping my charges don't do anything else stupid while I'm not here to pull them out of it.

If the description dosnt say it can >.> then it cannot... there are elemental clones who can do jutsus...

Unless it specifically states that i can perform a jutsu then you can't use a jutsu with it. I believe that water clones are the only ones that can use a jutsu. Each clone has something specific about them:

Water: can perform one water jutsu
Earth: takes two hits to destroy
Fire: blow up
Wind: ...hmm...not until the advance clone which basically blows up
Lightning: shocks you

told you >.> oh and wood clone deals back half the taijutsu dmg its takes and it can be shrunk into a pill that looks like a seed that can be used to talk to people in their heads O.O

Doton: Karyoku Bunshin no Jutsu (Earth Release: Volcanic Earth Clone Skill)
Description: This jutsu creates one single clone out of the ground. Its defense is incredible, and it's very powerful, but lacks speed. The difference from the normal clone is that this one comes from heated earth, making it's skin almost volcanic and painful to touch. The bunshin can use one Doton jutsu.
