If you want to make your own kekkei genkai, go ahead and do it, and then post it in Kenkaru's Shrine thread, if it gets accepted you will use it if no, you don't use it (DUH! >.<)
And if you want to join, then you have to fullfll the requirements like village and such, and pm the person who owns the clan to let you join xD simple enough.
