"Oh Shadow," she whispered tenderly as she reached a frail hand up and pressed it to his cheek. "I've missed you so much. I was trapped inside my body, I couldn't cry out until today." She shivered she didn't feel like talking about it just yet. She nestled against him happy to be in his arms, but winced a bit as she moved. She was sore, but that was nothing new. She smiled once more and said, "Well you'll be seeing a lot more of my smile, my love." As to his blood comment she said, "Just one nice sip of the good stuff would do," she said eyeing his neck. She smiled as she thought over the word comfortable. Right now, nothing sounded better than their bed, in their room, with the man she loved by her side.
((Did they get married in that bonding ritual yet? I can't remember.))

"They're alive...but pretty malnurished." She answered back as she kept guiding him towards where she'd seen them. After about 10 more minutes, she landed down next to two bodies, both girls looked about 3-4 years old. Both were lying down, tired and whining about being hungry. Looking down at the two, Nina spoke their names, making them both look over.
"Mommy?" Seeing Kage and his body, they tilted their heads slightly, "Daddy? That both of your?"
Nina nodded, confirming who she was as she hugged one of them. "How..." Words failed to come out of her mouth, she didn't care how they'd survived she was just happy they'd been able to.
"Ow....what was that?" Amaya asked, rubbing her stomach a bit.
"Oh...sorry....well..." Nina replied with a smile. "You two are going to have a sibling soon. Now let's get you back and some food huh?" She picked Amaya up, leaving Aiko to Kage since she'd been more of a daddy's girl anyways.

Shadow smiled warmly down at Cassidy "This once smile of yours has just brightened the very dark times that have decended over the mansion int he time you have been... away from us. These months have been hard for all of us here." he said as he carried her to the mansion and up to thier room. Lucky for him that he had been getting alot of experiance at opening door with both of his hands full. After a little time he managed to get the door open ad walked in, kicking it shut once he mad eit inside. He very gently lay Cassidy down on their bed and knelt down beside her.
((no they never had the chance to do that.))

Kage reached down, picking up Aiko. He looked down at them both. "Let's get home, they look like they're really hungry." He spread his wings, flying back with them towards the manor house, going in the same way he'd left only this time with Aiko in his arms.

A grey blush crept into her cheeks as he talked about her smile, but her lips twisted into a small frown as he mentioned the hardships. She sighed in relief as he set her down upon their bed. What she was craving was a hot shower, clean clothes, a drink of Shadow's blood and then being able to curl up next to him and disscuss everything that needed it. But instead of saying these things she wanted aloud she asked him, as she sat in the now crimson dress, "When, when, are we getting, married?"

Nina expanded her own wings, following Kage back and soon flying in through the same window they'd left to go find the twins. She then began leading them downstairs to the kitchen. "There may be some strangers down there....but I promise none of them will hurt you two, okay?"
Amaya and Aiko both nodded, each holding one of Nina's hands as they followed her.
"You too, you haven't had much yourself." Nina said to Kage without turning back around. "Especially because of your....deep sleep you just had. Come on, we're all eating to celebrate getting reunited finally. No one will mind....this is kinda like the other bar we used to go to in the aspect of self-serving."

Satsuki was getting a bit nervous since Abel didnt come back and desided to go see if he was in his room. She dissapeared in a puff of smoke andappeared in Abel's room. She looked over at the sleeping Abel and smiled before she knelt down next to the bed and stared at his sleeping face before she drifted off to sleep her arms crossed on te edge of the bed and her head on her arms.

Shadow's smile grew wider at hearing her question. "As soon as you are strong enough we will. I promise you, we will be wed then. Right now, I do not want to risk the bond harming you in any way." he said as he stroked Cassidy's hair. He couldn't get over the overwelming surge of emotion that was passing through him right now. Everything was perfect once more. His room no longer felt empty, the scent of Cassidy filling it once more mad eit feel like it was were he was suposed to be once more. "Is there anything you want right now? Anything at all?" he asked.

Cassidy smiled brightly, he still wanted to marry her, all she had to was get better. She couldn't wait for them to be bonded partners forever. She knew the way she felt about Shadow would never change and how she felt for him would only grow stronger and stronger.
She blushed as she spoke, but she knew she wouldn't feel at rest until it was all done. Blushing a deep shade of grey Cassidy whispered, "I would love a hot shower, a change of clothes, perhaps a quick Shadow cocktail, and then maybe, if it's all right, we could lie down, and, talk?"
Her eyes were cast down as she spoke, she hated asking for things, even simple things. She was also blushing because she knew she hadn't the strenght to bathe herself, rid her skin of the blood and wash her hair on her own.

Kage walked with them, kinda worried about the fact Amaya and Aiko had never eaten real food and had been breastfed when they were alive. He wondered how they would react to solid food. He also wondered how everyone would react to his sudden recovery though they shouldn't be too surprised were his other thoughts.

"I don't think a shower would be the best idea. How about I run you a nice hot bath. You can relax in the water with a... Shadow cocktail and then we can talk about stuff. How dose that sound?" he said with a smile. He didn't like it when Cassidy didn't keep her eyes up but she had her reasons for it. "I'll start the bath and fix you your cocktail. You just rest for now." he said as he went off to the bathroom and started the bath running. He wandered back into the bed room and started to rumage around for a glass or somehting to hold his blood.

Cassidy blushed again, he always knew what was best for her, and she would always listen. If there was one thing she would never do it was disobey Shadow. She smiled as she heard the hot water running, and saw him rummaging for a glass. She felt bad about her requests, and knew she would have to come up with some way to make it up to him. But by this point she was feeling to bad and to embaressed to ask him to help her bathe, she would somehow have to manage. She wanted to be done quickly though so that way she could curl up next to him on their bed.

"Alright....wait there." She said after sitting Amaya and Aiko down in chairs.
They both blinked, amazed at the fact they were being sat down. "What's this?" They asked in unison, squirming in the chairs.
"A chair girls." After 20 minutes Nina came out with food for everyone, including herself. She waited for the girls to start but realized they weren't doing anything, even picking up a fork. The thought ran through Nina's mind as she realized why not and began teaching them.
They both nodded, paying close attention. In a matter of minutes, they were both eating quickly. "Thank you." They both said quietly.
Nina smiled as she watched her family eat while doing so herself.

"Aha!" Shadow yelled as he found a glass and a dagger that he had been looking for. He didn't mean to yell but he was in too good a mood to really care. He wandered back into the bathroom and sat the glass down along with the dagger. He turned the water off, thinking it was a good tempteture and full enough for Cassidy to relax in for a whle if she wanted to. He wlaked back out to Cassidy. "Right, come on now. Time to get you cleaned up and relaxed. Want me to carry you?" he asked.

She smiled at his happy mood, if he was happy so was she. She loved seeing him happy. She watched him walk in and in an embaressed manner, in answer to his question she nodded her head and whispered, "If you would only be so kind." she planned to make quick work of the bath.
