*Chris went to hug Jen but stopped. He didn't want to mess up her clothes. He offered her a small wave.*
Sorry. I'd hug and kiss you buy Achilles and Pat tackled me. I'm a bit greasy now. All the jumbo egg rolls are gone but there are still some normal sized ones!

Dani bolted to the food and grabbed a dish with food. Sushi and eggrolls were the top of her list!

"Wow, you sure look a mess." Jen smirked. "I wish I could have seen it."
She grabbed a smaller spring roll and popped it on the plate.
"I haven't had Chinese in ages."
Jen looked around the room, noticed a few familiar faces and some she had no idea about. Cassie she saw looking at her and Chris and then looking away as if she was still deciding something.

Let's see...you know Cassie, Achilles, and Pat of course. But the redhead is Wally West. He's a speedster. And the blonde is Teddy Altman. He's...um...kind like a Hulk but not. Nice guy.
*Chris reloaded his plate with garlic shrimp and lo mein. He had food, a cute new date, and friends. Things were looking up. Too bad about Billy being off somewhere...*

Jen waved at them, not sure what to add other than, "Hi I'm Jen."
She'd met Wally before as She-Hulk but she doubted he would recognise her as a smaller version. Plus the guy seemed really down. She glanced at Theo curious about 'like a Hulk' meant. He didn't seem like random relative of hers and Bruce.
"Are you ready for the holidays, I haven't even packed yet." Jen said. "I'm sort of dreading it to be honest."
She grabbed a few more fried shrimps, they were really good.

Chris finds a big arm draped over his shoulder.
"Christopher, Patroclus and I were talking and we both are willing to forgive you for your trick if you would do us a little favor. A trifle if you will. Call it a 'Christmas' gift perhaps?"
He leaned in and smiled.
"Eat another eggroll like you did?"

"Ah well." Achilles sighed as he grabbed a box of fortune cookies and plopped back down beside Pat. "You can't blame a man for trying."
He tore open the cookies and looked up at Chris.
"And who is Billy?"

"Wait...I'm really curious now." Jen said. "You have a special way of eating egg rolls?"
Jen gave Chris a mischievous look. "You're really multi-talented then, you can sing and do weird perverted tricks with egg rolls."
She giggled, she loved to tease. She gave a quick glance at Achilles and her inner She-Hulk sighed. He was a perfect specimen of a man, just totally gay and taken.

His voice drew the eyes to the open door and there was Billy, engulfed in an intricate tangle of clothes of all sizes and colors, binding his arms, legs, around his eyes...well you get the idea.
"Does anyone have a knife...or is good with knots? I tried one of those spells to pack my laundry and it kinda got away from me."

Jen blushed and wished she'd never asked. 'Darn my impulses.'
She looked up at Billy who had just entered. He did seem like some tangle of clothes.
"Oh my gosh," Jen gasped. "Sorry, I think I might rip your clothes if I try and help."
She grabbed a cookie, not sure what to expect. She stared at it and cracked it open.

Cassie looked at Wally. Thoughtless... like breaking up with someone by text message... yeah she's been there before.
" Sometimes... but I guess everyone can be at times."
What was he talking about? Tonight? Or maybe it was that Chris was here... yeah that had to be it.
" If you were ever really his friend... the least you can do is apologize. Even if he doesn't forgive you, you'll never know till you try. Plus don't you think you at least owe him that."
Cassie looked over at Jen... she actually looked kinda cute next to Chris. That kinda annoyed her but she wasn't going to say anything. Then Chris was openly flirting with Jen right in front her, Cassie bit her tongue hard. Why was she feeling this way... She should be more concerned with Wally. After all he was the one who got swallowed alive. She looked over at Dani and smiled trying to get her mind off of Jen.

Achilles looked down at him, then at everyone else.
