Kage slowly opened his eyes, looking around. "What's been happening?" He slowly started to try to sit up, realizing he was still in the room. "Wait a sec...." He said, looking over at Nina. "How did you....weren't you...." He just shook his head, trying to figure out what had happened.

Nina hugged Kage. As she helped him sit up, he felt a slight kick on his gut. "Careful with daddy." Nina said, smiling downward at her stomach as she held Kage. "Yeah...I had been in captivity." She bowed her head, explaining how they'd tortured her then let her go after putting a tracking device inside her body. She looked up when she was finished explaining. "You think we should go somewhere else so Shadow and Cassidy don't have to suffer anymore?"

Abel smiled weakly and said, "Well my jobs done. I need to rest, and err nurse my hands." He gave them all a nod and said, "I bid you goodnight."
With that he strode off to his room and locked himself in.
Cassidy happily leaned into Shadow's arm. She didn't have the energy to smile. She was so happy he was holding her. Cassidy heard his words and wanted to cry, he had missed her, and possibly still loved her. She heard a voice she didn't recognize go a bit awestruck and she wondered who he was, or how he knew of her. She considered herself of no importance and unoworthy of all the attention and help she had just recieved. She heard Vicki and the girl Vicki had adressed as Nina speak and before anyone could leave she whispered, "Thank you," her voice was sincere and they were the only words she could manage. Her haunted voice held an overpowering gratituity and an obvious debt to them all. She didn't know how she would ever repay them. Her eyes were barely open, but she kept them open, forced her eyes awake so she could stare at Shadow, once again mezmorized by his face, his beauty his eyes. She was so thirsty and the burn rose up in her throat. She fought it back and whispered to him, "I-I l-love you S-shadow..." her voice faltered and cracked as her lips split from being so dry. She swallowed hard and whispered to them all, "I-I'm s-s-so s-s-s-s-sorry."

Shadow took one of the bottles from Vickilyn and cracked it open with his mouth. He then held it over to Cassidy's mouth and tilted it slightly. "I love you too Cassidy. I am so glad to have you back. It has been hard here without you." he said with a smile as silent tears started to fall from his eyes. He was so happy to have her back that he just couldn't contain it. "You have no need to say that your sorry Cassidy. You have done nothing wrong, here drink this. It will help you get strong again." he added as he put the bottle up to Cassidy's lips.

I was leaning over Cassidy, then thought it was best to leave the two of them alone, "you're quite welcome Cassidy, but I'll leave you two alone for now" I said with a smile as i walked back to the house. I headed through the kitchen and grabbed a glass of blood to drink on my way to my room, all that being in Cassidy's mind drained my energy. I laid out on my bed and and looked up to the ceiling, not sleepy, just a little exhausted.

"Where would we go though? Everywhere we go we seem to only endanger more people and it never stops the issue of others coming after us, mainly you." He started getting himself out of the bed and stumbled backwards a bit from the lack of using his legs as he caught himself a bit. "I guess I should be more careful."

Cassidy was to weak to hold the bottle so she allowed Shadow to feed her. She drank slowly, slower than she wished. She wanted to guzzle it all down but she didn't have the energy. Now it was her turn to cry. The tears fell silently just like Shadow's, down her cheeks. She knew that her being away had hurt him. Her mind was still in pain, it was searing, and her body ached, but being in his arms pushed that all away. He was her haven, she needed naught but to be in his arms for all to be well. She continued to drink until the bottle was finished, but her thirst was not yet sufficed.

Nina nodded, knowing what he said was true as she stayed next to him. "Let your legs recover their feelings....our child's been missing you, a lot." She added with a smile. "I guess this one's going to be a lot quicker too....couple weeks from what I've been told...." Letting out a sigh, Nina went on to explain. "I guess I asked about leaving because.....I feel like such a burden, I don't want to extend the dangers to our child too....especially since I feel like a failure to Amaya and Aiko as it is.....I'm sorry if I'm not making sense....." She looked downward as she spoke to Kage.

"I'm sure they don't blame you and they'd want you to be happy." Kage said reassuringly to Nina. "Who knows maybe they're around here somewhere too....after all, we came back."

Shadow tossed the empty bottle aside and picked up the other one that Vickilyn had left behind. Cracking this one open with his mouth was alot harder than the last one but he managed to get it open in the end. Shadow wanted to say things but he figured that it would be better to tell Cassidy everything later on when she had regained her strength and when she was in a more comfortable surrounding than the crypt. "Here, you'll need all fo this too. I'll get you into the mansion after this so we can fill you with one that you like the taste of." he said with a smile as he held the bottle down to her mouth.

Nina froze. The idea seemed weird....mainly because neither of them had been around one another for so long...yet the idea of having her family together was great. "I suppose I could try to find them...." Nina murmured as she closed her eyes, trying to trace her kids by using what energy she had left, focusing on their life forces as she uttered their names under her breath. After a good 10 minutes Nina opened her eyes again, a look of shock on her face as she slowly stood up. "We need to go...." She simply said, walking towards the window as she began flying out of it.

Cassidy could read Shadow like a book, it was as though she could read his thoughts she knew him so well. She could see that there was much he wished to tell her, but that he thought now was not the time or place, but it did indeed peek her curiousity. She smiled, he knew her too, he knew what she was craving. She then began to drink from the other bottle, this time a bit quicker. She finished it off within the next fifteen minutes and smiled as she was done, her thirst was almost quenched.

Shadow tossed the last of the bottles aside, not caring if they smashed or not. "Do you want any more? I can get a servant to bring some once I get you somewere more... comfortable." he said as he tried to lift Cassidy out of the tomb. He was gently and slow, he didn't want to hurt her so soon after she had just woken up after such a long sleep. "It is good to see that smile of yours once more." he said as a wave of calm fell over him. Even with the fact that Lilith was still out there and prepairing for battle he felt nothing but calm and happy.

Tyrn woke with a start. He looked around and saw Sakura sleeping in his lap and that nothing in the room was different. He laid back down and thought about his dream. He had died in battle and as he was dieing he heard Sakura screaming to him and telling him not to leave her. He checked to see if Lilith's army was still out there and it was. Just the same amount of distance as it had been yesterday. He slowly untangled himself from Sakura and made her more comfortable. He got dressed and went downstairs to the kitchen. He could feel the remnants of a large demonic force and it hit him like a rock. He staggered a little then poured himself a glass of blood and downed it. He noticed that ever since Sakura found that sword that his powers had been severely off. He went and sat down in his chair, wishing that Felicity was there so he could ask her for some of that medicine. He put his head on the table and kept it there.
