Kayla went through the poses a few times trying to commit to memory exactly how each felt so that she would feel it if something was off.

seeing Kayla gaining confidence int the stances, Kia showed her a few more, ad a couple of alternate positions, some of the newer guardsmen joined in to work on their form.

She looked though the pile and saw one she wanted. "I want this one!" she said pointing to the one ((of course)) at the bottom of the deck. She looked over at him and gave him her best smile. She stood back up. "can we watch that one honey?"
