The top of the Wario Ware building, maybe in a ever changing Wario Ware game, in his castle, in a pyramid, lots of places it could be.

Yes I do, most of the smashes were just variations of special moves.

Look at Mario's final smash and what it reads at the bottom. I'm thinking you save it as it says release it on a platform, might not be an item you can carry, but once you touch it it's absorbed on you like a starman or a cloaking device, and you can use it when you want.

Well, it'd be horribly inconvient, especially if you are facing the wrong way, hitting nothing with the fireball, jumping off the ledge with Link's or Pikachu's, getting it on the other side of the stage where no one else is.
