*She flashed her light around but saw noone, possibly it was nothing but a deer. Calming herself down she continued to look for the herb. A bit later she found it. A patch of purplish flowers with a dark stalk. She dug it up and took all that was there. She wondered if there were a lake or small river she could wash the plant off with. She didn't want her activities to be apparant on her hands, and besides. If eaten raw or held too long the effects could be almost instant. She needed it for another purpose and that was to save a certain person. The one she had been in love with for nearly three years but he never noticed her at all. . . .well, unless you count trying to kill his girlfriend but that was in the past.*

Jameson continued watching her movements in his hiding place until he thought it was alright to move. The dark gave him both an advantage and disadvantage. He could hide easier from her but he couldn't always see where he was going or what he was stepping on. When she stopped to, what looked like, pick something up, Jameson raised a brow, curious as to what she picked up. "Come on, come on... Where's Marie...," he muttered very quietly.

*Turning her head, she sniffed the air and searched for the familiar scent of moisture in the air. after years of being on the sea she could always search out water. Following a path teaming with undergrowth and twigs she located a tiny lake. I knew I could find something She carefully took her coat off and folded it with the plant safely on top and placed her ax beside. Kneeling down she dipped her hands into the cool water and rubbed the dirt off. The feel of the water was so soothing that she was loath to stand up. It was almost like a battery to her stressed skin, she took a handful of the water and splashed a bit on her face, gasping in delight.*

When Piper moved, Jameson moved with her. This didn't seem to be getting him anywhere. Was he wrong? No, she knew something, she had to. When she got to the stream, Jameson stopped and watched her. He needed a new plan to help him find Marie. The gasp made him raise a brow. Just maybe...
"The forest suits you well." Jameson stepped out of the trees, moving towards the stream. He spotted the ax in the corner of his eye and decided that needed to go. "I couldn't place it when I first saw you... But you reminded me of a nymph, maybe, a free spirit doing what she wanted, how she wanted." He gave her his charming grin. "I don't think I'm too far off."

Candycane Scartissue My family is not judgemental, Haruna said, smiling to Enapay. I promise nobody will be mean to you. We even have a pool, she said as she happily clapped. Are you sure? he asked, scratching the back of his neck rather nervously. I don't like the feeling of not being liked. Enapay looked to the other, his stomach growling lowly. He quickly blushed and looked down. Sorry, he laughed.

I'm positive, Haruna laughed softly, taking his hand. Let's go get some food first, she said with a nod as she lead him towards town.
((Will post when you get it up. :3))

*Piper stood up and whirled around to face whoever it was that was talking.* you!. . . . . .your that customer from the bar?*Water dripped from her loosened hair as she blinked * I might be a "nymph" as you say, you arent far off however you would remind me of a stalker. would I be far off in that assumption, sir? *Her defenses were up already, uncertain as to why he had followed her here.*

Jameson grinned again. At least she knew who he was, sort of. "Yes, I'm from the bar but no, I'm not a stalker." He chuckled at the thought but figured it'd seem like he was. "Would it help if you knew my name?" He didn't wait for a reply but rather continued on. He hoped to make her comfortable around him as soon as possible. "My name is Jameson Audley and you, my dear, are a very beautiful woman. I was drawn to you... I couldn't help but follow. I had hoped to talk with you more at the bar...but you had left before I got the chance. It saddened me..." He gave her a little 'pout', hoping she'd buy it. It some ways, it was true...and she was beautiful.

*Piper appreciated the flattery but in her experience It was used most often when one wanted something. Regardless, she blushed at his comment. Adopting what she hoped was a businesslike pose she smiled and replied* Ok, lets cut the bull and get down to business. You asked about a women at my bar and then followed me here. So this girl is obviously missing and probably a sweetheart of yours. If a mans heart isnt on the line usually he wouldnt go to such lengths. You're looking for Marie, arent you? Sorry to burst your bubble, Jameson, she's involved with someone else, you wasted your time. *Piper nodded crisply and went to gather her things and shoved her coat on while walking back. She wanted to avoid looking as if his flattery had affected her. Unfortunately some of the flowers/herbs she had gathered fell onto the ground unnoticed in her rush.*

Jameson mentally snapped his fingers. He was rusty at this sort of thing but seeing her blush gave him hope. His expression didn't falter except for changing to a hurt look. "Yes, I was looking for Marie but as I said, she's only a friend. I knew she had a beau, not that I was interested. But I followed you because I was interested in knowing more about you." Of course, his words didn't seem to matter as she began to walk off. He blew a quiet sigh, still determined to get information. But as he started to follow again, Jameson noticed some picked plants laying on the ground where she had had her coat. Important maybe? He picked them up, casually slipping a little bit into his pocket. "Hey! Wait a sec...," he called, hurrying to catch up with her. "You dropped your flowers," he said to her, holding them out to her.

*Piper turned around and grabbed at the flowers accidently making contact with his fingers. Her annoyance grew at the electricity from that one accidental touch. She hoped she didn't give anything away by the few seconds too long pause.* Stop following me, dammit. *She was so distracted to think that the flower might have been in his hands too long. It was the main ingrediant in a powerful but temporary love potion. Suddenly she stopped, if he was a distraction to Marie it was possible Piper could have her chance. Turning her head round to Jameson she said.*I saw her the other day at Luel's, Dobbs Mansion. Thats all I know, she hasnt been at my Bar. Thats all I know. *She headed to her car as fast as she could, wondering why she was shaking a little as the herbs sat next to her on the leather passenger seat as her tires peeled out.*

Jameson smiled at her. The tone of her voice wouldn't scare him off, no matter how hard she tried. "But I like following you. I'm a lost puppy looking for a little love." He chuckled again, continuing to follow her, probably to her car. "She's at her beau's? I should have guessed that. I suppose she's safe then and I don't have to worry." If she was really there, then Jameson's relief was real. He just didn't want Marie to be alone. Before he could say anymore, she sped off. "I won't stop, you know. There's still more to this..." He grinned to himself and hurried back to his own car to continue his chase.

Ever since Marie's 'disappearance', everyone in the manor had gone nuts...not that they hadn't before. Loki had escaped the madness a bit before and now found himself deep in the woods, stretched out beside one of the streams. His coat and shoes were off, leaving only his pants. Even a troublemaker needed a little R&R every now and then.

Needing a little fresh air and some time to herself, Hiyoshi wandered through the woods, down the bank of a surprisingly calming little stream. Her steps were slow, and fluid, to the point where had it been any darker out, or possibly foggy, one may have thought her to be an apparition. Glancing across the water, she caught sight of Loki, and paused to watch him a moment, a soft smile curving over her lips.

At this point, Loki had his eyes closed as he rested. He wasn't quite asleep but if left there for a while longer, he could possibly drift off. He wasn't afraid of anything in the woods so he could risk a bit of shut eye. The stream was calm and soothly, something Loki enjoyed. Though, he wouldn't tell anyone else that.
