A skinny pirate wearing a shirt remeniscent of the original Battlestar Galactic.

((not if you work up to it gradually. It takes time but it can be done. Neb, being a jedi master and by a lesser extent a master swordsman, understands that a jedi must be fit in mind and body. He has probably been doing this strength training for years to say the least, so he has worked his strength up to the point his body can take the strain of fifty pounds.)) Masked red jedi.

((Perhaps. I think it's more likely to cause back damage and the like...but since when have Jedi dealt with likely? Huh, it's like what they said in Mission Impossible "They don't call this Mission Walk-In-The-Park"))

((Its part of Neb's past he retained before becoming a Jedi. Remember, his parents were taken away at a young age. The weights are designed to hinder him enough to constantly build up strength. Why would you get back pain? its on his arms and legs, not his shoulders. More is explained in LoP. Not to mention, he's got the force aiding him. The force works in mysterious ways man, get used to it. Plus, I mentioned in VoW weights of only 35 on him as a knight. Its not as if I haven't been building him up over long periods of time.))
Nemodian sith apprentice who somehow beat his sith master with little effort.
