Falling from a shadow cast upon the ceiling, a ragged, partially chained and bleeding Talos reappeared only to crash into Lugh's table breaking it. His mask in tatters with fingernail claw marks gauged in his skin and red slap marks on his face. His doll arm was bent backwards and was twitching profusely as he mumbled regaining his senses. "It was full of women, and not the good kind..." the rest of the chain falls from the shadow as he is smashed in the back. "Thank you ladies, remember, I will always cherish our time together." Looking around the tavern he quickly replaced his mask with one he seemed to pull from nowhere and coughed. "Yes well, what would you all have done if you were in a world populated by the female counterparts of this world? Didn't see the robot though..., but I was getting odd glances from a metal box spewing bread." Staring up at Lugh he coughs and realigns his doll arm a bit too dramatically. "You mind cleaning this up buddy I'm on a tight schedule and whatnot." Standing he points toward Tessa only to realize his doll arm was gesturing the opposite direction. Sighing he clicks it almost painfully back into place to successfully point at her from across the room. "You underhanded she goat, How dare you condemn me to paradise, you know I hate paradise!"

"Funny thing, I would have thought that you of all people would still be there schmoosing the locals. Why am I trapped their with them, when here is so much more beautiful and exciting and vivid and crazy?" Tessa Pouted as she moved from Vincent to Talos in a childish manner. "You never let me have any fun, I mean there is all that gray area, why cant I exist here as well?" She looked to all the tavern members to try to rouse their support hopefully influencing Talos's possibly concealed, half digested moldy rotten heart.

Perrian slowly woke up from his unconciousness and looked around. "Huh...wha-what happened?" He asked the air and looked around again. The air did not reply. He went over to a table and sat down. "Wait...how long was I...whatever I was..." He walked over to the bartender. "Um...what date is it?" He asked the bartender.

"It is *date*. You've been unconcious for a while, sir." The bartender said. "Would you like something."

"Just a glass of water." Perrian said and sighed. "You sure it's that date?"

The bartender nodded. "Yes, I'm certain. Why do you ask?" He said and handed Perrian his glass of water.

"Oh...just that this is the day that I gave up my old life five years ago and also gave up what was most precious to me." Perrian said and sighed.

"Hmm? An item?" The bartender said.

"No...a girl...the girl I love, but I...I never got to tell her before I needed to run..." Perrian said and took a sip of his water.

"Well, sounds like you have some reason to be sad, sir. Why'd you run?"

"Well...let's just say magic out of control...fire...I'll leave it at that." Perrian said and walked over to a table with his glass of water.

"Good day sir." The bartender said and returned to work.

Perrian nodded slightly and sat down at the table. He looked at his water and moved one of his fingers in a circle in the glass.

"Well....long story." Perrian sighed and glanced up at the girl before looking back at his cup of water. "Well...five years ago, exactly, I gave up all of my life that I knew for a new life, I started all over. At that time, I was practicing my magic, fire magic, a lot. Five years ago, though, I burned down the house and ya...I lost all of my possessions, I think my family, and the one most precious to me but I couldn't get the guts up to ask...Isidar was her name. She was precious to me, I thought about her all day and night. I, still to this day, don't think I have forgotten about her. Yes...I have masked all of my shame and sadness with a mask when I was using fire, and now I have hidden all my past with new magic which helps other and can't hurt. I just...I just can't keep up my mask today. It's the five year mark...and I just...I just wish I could go back in time, now, and take back that event. I had a dream when I was unconcious about that event, a memory...I guess that is also one reason I can't get it out of my mind..." Perrian sighed and twirled his finger in his cup of water. "I guess I was a fool then, but now I've got a new life...I just don't have what I still consider most precious to me, the girl name Isidar." Perrian sighed and stopped twirling his finger in his cup of water to take a sip of his water. He then looked up at Isidar. "So, why are you down?" He said and returned to looking into his cup of water that he twirled his finger in. He then looked back up at Isidar, after thinking for a bit. "You...vaguely look familar? Are you...no, I doubt...can't be...it would take too long for her to walk all this way." Perrian sighed and looked back into his cup of water which seemed endless to him.

"I...I don't know...I just thought you might have been the girl I mentioned in the story...Isidar...but I....I know you aren't, it's too far for her to walk this much distance from our old home." Perrian said and sighed, he looked up to look at her face and looked into her eyes. "But...you might be...I always remembered when I stared into her beautiful eyes that one day the week before I needed to run...I was working up my courage to ask her, but I...I couldn't" Perrian returned his gaze back to looking into his cup of water. "I..." He looked up at Isidar. "Are you Isidar...or who are you?"

"I..." Perrian said and looked up at Isidar. It felt like his heart dropped and then jumped for joy into his throat. "I....I can't believe it..." Perrian was in shocked, his depressed look went away as a smile slightly formed on his face. "I...Isidar...I can't believe it's you!!!" Perrian said, finally able to catch his breath. He jumped up from his chair in joy and quickly pulled Isidar into a tight hug. While Perrian was jumping up for joy, he accidentally knocked over his cup of water which landed on the ground. "I thought I'd never see you again after I ran away...are...are you ok!?! Are my parents ok!?! What happened after I left?!" Perrian said quickly, not sure where to start since he hasn't seen Isidar for a little more than 5 years.

Perrian smiled and released her from his grip a little so he could see her face. "So they're alive...thank God..." Perrian smiled and returned to giving Isidar a tight hug before loosening up again to look into her eyes. "Oh, I missed you so much. I was going to head home after I finished some stuff, but by then I thought it might have been too late...I honestly thought you might have forgotten about me. Oh, Isidar...I'm so glad you came searching for me. I'm just sorry we couldn't have met somewhere in the middle instead of all the way down here to where my new life is." Perrian said and looked into her eyes. "Oh, I love you Isidar. I...do you love me?"

Perrian smiled and continued to give Isidar a big hug. "I guess that's true." Perrian said and his old self finally was coming out again. He started to softly chuckled, slowly his chuckle turned into the giggle that Isidar always heard in the past from him. He stopped giggling and returned to just giving her a big hug. "True. Thank you, Isidar." He said and released her from the hug. "Sorry for worrying you so much...I just didn't feel like I should have stayed there after destroying the house my family loved. I...thank you." He said, being at a shortage of words. There was so much he wanted to say to her, like about his adventures, the war, his new powers, his summon, and all of his new friends, but he didn't know where to start. "Are...are you going to be staying here in this town and become an adventurer and all, or are you going to return home? If you're going home...I could come with you, even though I know the people here might need me and my powers and some might miss me. I guess some are almost like the family I gave up when I left. But, if you want me to, I will come back with you because I love you." Perrian said as he looked into Isidar's eyes.

Perrian nodded and smiled. "Thanks." He said in the midst of a chuckle. "It'll be nice to finally have someone to stay with that I really know and love. I've missed you for ages. Oh, and don't worry, I'll fill you in on all of the info. Before I got to this town...life was kinda...boring when I left from my home. I just walked and walk to get to civilization of some kind. Now, I'm here and ya. I'll try to explain all that happened here, but that might...take a very VERY long time because a lot has happened since I arrived in this town. I'll explain all of that maybe now, if you want, but I think if I tried to explain all of what has happened since I arrived her would take forever...and I think you'll probably find out a lot by just being around here. I'm kinda well know...being kidnapped once and all...and being one of the few angelic healers around here." Perrian said and smiled. He looked at Isidar's face and gently moved his finger across her cheek. "I just can't believe that I can see you again." He giggled. "Oh, and I think you'll like this place. Some of the people around here are nuts, but they're nice. Just watch out for my friend Vincent, he's really crazy at times." Perrian said and laughed. "Oh, I just hope Vincent didn't hear me call him crazy. But, he has a kind soul and is very nice. You'll meet him one day."
