Shikamaru looked aside to Chouji when he grabbed his hand, concern written all over his face. Shikamaru gave Chouji's hand a reassuring squeeze, and said "Sure. Your house is only a bit away now. We can make it in a minute." he said, keeping hold of his hand.

Itachi pressed back against Kisame, only to jerk away when a loud crash of thunder resounded and the lights flickered out. "Storm... not the smartest idea to stay in the shower right now," he murmured, turning around and reaching past Kisame to turn the shower off.

The words were barely out of Shikamarus mouth when Chouji took off, still holding the others hand. When they reached his house, he was a bit out of breath but happy he was home. He let go of Shikas hand to fumble for his key, then went in after unlocking the door. "I-it looks like we'll be sleeping inside t-tonight." now he was shivering from being cold. "At least now we can use the fireplace." He went over and started it up, glad that it only took one try to get it going. "We better change."

By the time Chouji had suggested they get changed, Shikamaru had his shirt off, trying to ring out all the extra water in it into a random bucket he found by the door. He walked over to the fireplace, putting his damp shirt near it, so that it could dry by the fire. "My pajamas are soaked. Think you have anything I oculd borrow?" he asked, looking aside at Chouji, when the lights went out. Now, the fire was the only source of light.

Chouji nodded and went into his room. He dug around in his closet and pulled out a pair of sweatpants. "They'll still be big on you but there is a drawstring so they shouldn't fall off." He then found him a t-shirt and tossed him that too. He then pulled out his own bed clothes and changed. "I could go for some hot chocolate and s'mores, how about you?" he smiled, but jumped with the next boom of thunder.

"Great, just ******** great," Kisame grunted, stepping out of the shower and feeling around for a towel. He found one on the towel rack and wrapped it around his waist. He'd have to try that thing another day. "Your room, then?"
Naruto was about to take the phone when the lights went out. "Ugh... I'm not going to be able to reach him now."
Kakashi jumped up, startled. Careful not to step on the glass, he got a few paper towels, holding them under the faucet and then carefully cleaning up the glass. "You alright...?"
"What makes you say that?" Zabuza asked, reaching a hand up to stroke Haku's hair.

"Not much to do in my room. There's no sense in doing anything if we can't take a shower afterwards," Itachi added. There was hardly anything he hated more than staying dirty after sex. He pulled his hair back into a ponytail and grabbed a towel.

Shikamaru had his wet pants and socks off now, so he was just in his boxers. Thankfully they were only slightly damp, so he just put on the sweatpants and than the t-shirt. He noticed Chouji jumped again with the crack of thunder, and said "Chouji... you're afraid of lightning?"
Sasuke put the phone back down, looking around the dark room. Sasuke knelt down besides his bed, reaching under and feeling around, before pulling out a small electrical lamp, turning it on and setting it down on the floor, so the bedroom was lit up again. "Don't worry. I am sure he would not want you walking around in this kind of storm anyways." he said, sitting down on the ground now.
Iruka finally got over the shock, and looked his feet over, making sure there were no shards of glass in them. "Y-yeah... I'm fine." he said, leaning against the counter now, trying to calm himself down from his near heart attack inncident.

"Y-yeah, I had an accident a few years ago. One time while I was out gathering herbs with my father, a storm started. It hit the ground next to us, but we were close enough to it that it sent me off my feet. I don't like thunder either." He said after a particularly long and loud roll. He moved away from his closet which was near a window and headed towards the door. "You probably think I'm a wimp now..."

"I guess not..." Naruto said, sitting down on the floor as well. "What now?"
Kisame grumbled irritably, feeling around for his clothes. Finding them, he finished drying himself off, then proceeded the get dressed again. "Guess we'll finish watching the ******** movie... oh, no, wait, can't even do that. No ******** electricity."
Kakashi finished wiping up the small pieces and picking up the bigger pieces, throwing them away. Looking out the window, he sighed. "It's pretty bad out there..."

Itachi looked in the direction of Kisame's voice. He wiped away all the water on his body, grabbing his shirt and pants. He pulled everything on and grabbed a flashlight from under the sink.

"Of course I don't. Everybody has something they are afraid of." Shikamaru said. "I used to be terrified of snakes... and deer." he added in. "When I was young, I thought that deer were out to kill me. But than one day, I just grew out of it. Now I am only terrified of snakes. And I didn't even have a bad experiance with them." he admitted, walking over next to Chouji.
Sasuke thought for a moment, and said "I don't know. Many things are rules out beacuse no electrcity... but I am sure we can find something." and he moved closer to Naruto, looking around the room.
Iruka looked out the window as well, than back to Kakashi. "There is no way you are going to go out driving in this weather." he said, crossing his arms over his chest now.

Kisame threw his towel in the laundry basket, opening the door and stepping out into the hallway. "Well, since you don't want to get dirty, you ******** priss," Kisame said, looking back, "what do you want to do?"
Naruto thought of the possibilities. He blushed slightly, thinking of what they had done before. That was really the only thing that didn't need electricity... but it was embarrassing to suggest.
"True," Kakashi said, sitting back down with a smirk. "Well, now I guess I've got no choice but to stay."

((*munches on cookie*)) Kankuro eyed the drink for a moment before grabbing it from Zaku and unscrewing the lid. "Thanks..." He murmered before taking a drink. He seemed to like it, as he snuck another sip.
