How's everybody going to spend their Christmas?

Last week I had 150k for my NM mini quest.
The funds have since dropped to 97.7k.

I just watched the epic smallpox event on FX and boy..I think I have BM in my pants after that. I guess I'll have to break out the giant bubble...again. And to think it could really happen, and that easily. /shudder

I saw a commercial for that show and thought about seeing it, but I forgot the information and all that good stuff, not to mention the fact that I got home late last night.
YAY! THE GUILDS FINALLY WORK FOR ME NOW!
Yes, my holidays sucked! Full update later! Or now? Well, I'll just say the two most important things that happened.
1) Within the first 24 hours of being home, I rear-ended somebody and totaled the front of my parents' car (luckily it's still running);
and 2) On Christmas Eve my uncle died and we had to spend it at my aunt's house waiting for the coroner to come pick up the body. Isn't that just spiffy?
Oh yes, many exciting, depressing events this Exodus. -_-

Where did you learn to speak the German that I've read before? Either from the Berlitz German courses, or whatever Rammstein lyrics have been translated. English is a Germanic language, so it isn't too difficult for me to construct rudimentary sentences, e.g., "I like pie," or, "******** you, shithead." However, that, up there, was the first sentence I've constructed without the use of a dictionary (or worse, Babelfish). OH-EM-GEH BIST DU NICHT AUF MICH STOLZ?!
