x_saiyuki [ .beautifully tragic. ] xXx Fox Trot xXx Does anyone know when 156 comes out? And I don't think I quite fully understand 155....
I get that Fai has a twin, granted. I understand that they're supposedly bad luck, Fai and Yuui... But Fai kills him? How? Any input? I personally think he doesn't really, but inadvertly causes his death... Like Yuui is trying to scale the tower and save Fai, but falls.
Also, I don't understand the whole wish thing... What could Ashura-ou have wished for that Fai could give? Truthfully, I'm just wondering if my blondness has kicked in and I missed all this... [[Edit: And in closing, I must say how much KuroxFai is NOT a pairing. ^_^ Sorry, but Kurotan belongs with Tomoyo and Fai is alone as of now, unfortunatly for him. I just can't think of that pairing working for much longer than maybe... a day? They'd kill each other! (Probably Kuro attempting first...) Anyway, sorry fans! I just don't think it'll happen, but if it does, then I'm very wrong. I just really like TomoyoxKurogane! ^_^]] 156 comes out next week. And about KuroFai v. KuroTomo... don't make me lolz. Tomoyo has been lesbian for Sakura since TRC. KuroTomo? Will not happen. Period. There's nothing wrong with liking it. But if any pairing becomes canon in TRC besides the pairings that already are, it's going to be KuroFai. They have far too much pushing for it than KuroTomo. I mean, think about it. Look at everything Kurogane has done for Fai. He wouldn't do all that unless he really did care for Fai... and he made the vampire pact under the assumption that he and Fai would be bonded for life, and he knew that Fai's wish clashed with his own. If they were to land in Nihon right after Acid Tokyo, Fai would leave and Kurogane would have to go with him or he'd be responsible for Fai's death. And he chose to become Fai's "E" regardless. And look at Fai. Fai thinks that his happiness will cause those around him to suffer great misfortune, he's been told that all his life. In Acid Tokyo, he thinks he says that if he forgives Kurogane the two of them will become closer and he can't allow that. Yuuko says that Fai won't bring around misfortune. Now we know how those two tie together. Being with Kurogane makes Fai happy. And Fai won't allow himself to be happy, so he pushes himself away from Kurogane. Har har, it's love. =D A very angsty, bittersweet love, but love nonetheless. Fanonwise, KuroTomo is fine. Canonwise, let's leave Tomoyo to her ultimate love for Sakura and let Fai have a bit of happiness with Kurogane, shall we? And on some actual discussion for chapter 155, besides the amazing cuteness that is the twins... THE KING OF VALERIA. IT'S THE CHIN. FEAR.    IT'S THE CHIN. ...Or Hohenheim of Light but somehow I think THE CHIN is a bit more probable.

I hate pairing bashing, though. Not saying that you two are doing it, but I don't want this to turn into that. As far as I see it, everyone is open to their own opinions, and there's no reason to come out of nowhere and announce that something isn't a pairing.

And, okay, for those who are having trouble peicing it all together, this is how everything is going down. Or, at least, this is how I'm getting it all.
Our Fai isn't REALLY Fai. He's Yuui. He simply took Fai's name as has been using it. And a lot of people argue this by saying something about the whole scene/flashback back in Acid Tokyo ... you know, "I want to die, I want to die, I want to die.." Well, it never said that was Fai, or even that it was a flashback. Ahah, CLAMP.
But anyways. I can't say how Yuui managed to get out, but it seems to me that he took Fai's name in an attempt to have his brother with him, in some way. Who knows, maybe he always intended to go back for Fai?
But that's where my reasoning stops, and it'll be put on hold until next week. ^^
And, in response to THE CHIN. Yes, I was completely thinking the same thing. As soon as I saw that picture, I was like, "OMG FWR."
LOL @ Hohenheim of light. That would be the crossover from hell. xD
AND ONE MORE RANDOM SUBJECT CHANGE.
Wasn't it just adorable when they grabbed hands after THE CHIN told them they would be imprisoned or choose one of them to die?
I must say, I really did like that chapter. [.beautifully tragic.]: Believe what you like- there is more than one kind of love. And I really don't believe Tomoyo will go with Sakura, since Sakura seems to be with Syaoran... whether that's Syaoran #1 or Syaoran #2, I have no clue... ^_^;; But I agree that Fai did say that, and I'm sure Kurogane does love him, too, but not necessarily the way you imply...

KuroTomo makes me genuinely want to crawl into a hole and cry. Tomoyo will always love Sakura. Her love for Sakura was praised as being the ultimate love because her happiness came from seeing Sakura happy. Tomoyo is content being single and has always been happy. Fai? Has been miserable his whole life. And Kurogane makes him happy. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I think Fai needs Kurogane more than Tomoyo does since Tomoyo has always been happy and Fai deserves just a bit of happiness after all he's been through. :/ Hmm. It would explain a lot, though. TRC is maybe the sequel to FMA and Hohenheim/Father finally managed to open the goat, only to get sucked into alternate dimensions and the people of this forgein country made him their king, thus he became the King of Valeria, then batshit went down and he became THE CHIN. O= AND ZOMG THEY ARE THE CUTEST OF THE CUTE.  And we know that the Fai we know is Yuui because the one down in the valley is Yuui and we know that the one in the tower, Fay, is the one to fall and die. AND AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO STILL THINKS THAT FAY IS A GIRL?!

And as for the second curse, I believe that what THE CHIN was talking about is the fact that the twins were such a "bad omen." Perhaps they were referring to the fact that since the twins were born, bad things were happening? Or perhaps it was the fact that their magc combined could overpower the emperor?
Either way, I don't think that we can compile everything until we get the rest of the story next week. ^^;
And, in regard to the whole pairing deal... You just said yourself that there is more than one kind of love. So maybe we don't agree, but there's no reason to keep on re-hashing something. There are fandoms for all sorts of pairings for this series, so why should you say something about one pairing simply because you don't agree with it?
The only people who know for sure what's going on is the wonderful ladies of CLAMP themselves, and it's fine with me if you personally don't support Kurogane and Fai as a couple.
However, I strongly believe that you should not talk badly about it, especially knowing that there are KuroganexFai fans in here. You don't see us saying things like "Kurogane and Tomoyo are NOT a couple," when it wasn't really even a topic of discussion.
I'm not trying to start anything, but I believe that we should all respect our own opinions as well as those of the others in here.

Did I really? ...Oh same difference! Beyond the gate is THE TRUTH, and THE TRUTH is like FMA's God and Satan merged into one, and one of Satan symbols was a goat. So it all works out in the end. =D Alice still wins.
As I said, the idea with Kurogane with anyone but Fai makes me so sad. ;-;

Fai a girl?...hmm..i thought about this and for some reason it made me sad... it just wouldn't be the same! crying so then i looked back at the beginning of the manga were he's coming out of the pool thing in celes and he's not wearing a shirt...so, i personally don't think he is. though you never know with clamp, ^_^ so if you want to that's perfectly fine!

= Seriously, I was hoping for something a little bit more, i dunno, revealing? Maybe something about what the heck is going on? But that's just me. And I was noticing THE CHIN as well ^^ Nice name. I wonder why they did that? Or maybe it's just how CLAMP draws fat people.
