Are you planning on colouring it? 'Cause I think it would look nice with colours.

At first glance, I can say that I'd suggest using face guides to use the proportions in place. The nose is off-center, so the guides would help with this a lot. Her shoulders are a little small and her head is therefore large in comparison. It also looks like her left eye has left her head completely, which I'm not too sure about.
You've got the basics down, now you've get to grips with proportion. I'd suggest not doing as much detail on the hair before you do this, or else it can just confuse matters.
I-I hope I wasn't too brutal... o_o; sorry if I was.

 x_x I had hard time doing this since it NEED to have a serious atmosphere... I've been drawing funny idiotic stuff.. so I want to try to draw something serious for once. Ne.. If possible.. give opinions of this? or even some tips?
