"yeah they will." Mina said as they walked. After they got to the hospital she looked to Eric. "do, do you think we should?" She asked. As they got to the front desk and checked in things too a slight turn for the odd. They took Mina and Nina in for check ups to make sure they were fine given where the birth happened. As Mina sat in the doctors check up room with Eric her face was red and she tugged on her medical gown some. "This thing does not do me well." She said, the gown being a little too short for her comfort. "did they tell you where Nina was going to be after they cleaned her up?" She asked Eric.

"I think you and your sister should. You take care of reforming the Breeding Homes, while she reforms the Guilds. You and I know how the Breeding Homes tick, and she already has a high rank in the guilds themselves. Lirria's probably a shoe in for that kind fo promotion." Answered Eric in the hospital. He had followed them to make sure everything was going to be okay with their daughter. "Going to have to live with it for just a bit longer till you're checked out, but yeah I know where Nina is. She's in the nursery along with the other newborns waiting for us to come get her."

"that's good." Mina smiled. The doctor came in and she was told to lean back so she could be checked. She blushed and did so. "I'm glad they aren't like doing tests on her, you know." She poked her cheek where Ninas birth mark was. She blushed some as the doctor started to make sure nothing was damaged. "th-this feels so weird." She mumbled. "It always does." The doctor replied.

"I don't think that will happen, with Bennet gone, I'm seeing familiar faces from the breeding home showing up to be checked and cured. That, and I don't think anyone will dare run any tests on the niece of a high ranking guild member." Said Eric with a reassuring smile. He made awkward faces during the check up. The doctor was just doing their job sure, but it didn't make it any less easier for him to watch.

"well even if we wanted to." The doctor spoke up. "We'd need your consent anyway, we're not barbarians." Mina smiled and winced some, getting to one of the more uncomfortable parts of the check up. "Th-thats good." she groaned. "Do you know how Ninas check up went?" She asked, the doctor shaking his head. Mina turned to Eric to see if he knew.

Eric nodded, he was relieved to know that the doctors here would respect them. "I'm glad to hear that." He then turned to Mina and answered her own question. "That I do, turns out she's healthier than any Duon child they have on record. Even the Quatrion children." He handed Mina a document, Nina's birth certificate. "That's what they put her race on her birth certificate by the way."

Mina tilted her head. "Healthier? how is that possible? I mean I know babies can be born unhealthy because of what their mothers did but how can she be healthier?" She asked, looking at the birth certificate. "well, I guess having that as her race would make sense, for the most part at least."

"I don't really know to be honest. There's a hierarchy to this kind of thing. Uni kids are the most common for cases of being sick, while Duon children tend to be healthier, Tresion have a healthier rate than both and so forth." Explained Eric, at least that's how he knew how things to be. "And yeah, I think it's a good fit."

"oh ok, well, I guess that makes sense." She said gasping and shutting her eyes. "ooh, that's really weird." She said, trying not to shiver. As the doctor pulled back he had a slight smile. "well it seems there were no complications, everything is stretched to a great degree of course but you should heal fine. Some small areas of thin skin so on top of no sex for two months don't work your self too hard." He said, disposing of the gloves he had on.

Eric gasped himself at the doctor's diagnosis. "No sex for two whole months? You're killing me here, doc." He said in response, it was in good sport however...mostly. In any case, it wasn't like they'd have the time for it anytime soon with the new baby. At most he could ask Lirria or Eca to babysit from time to time. "Does this mean we're done here? Can we get pick up Nina now?"

The doctor chuckled some and nodded. "Go a head." he said, Mina smiled and got up. "You can go get Nina, Eric, I'd like to go change." She said, tugging on her gown some. As they left the room they temporarily parted ways. They got back together in the hall just before the waiting room and Mina smiled. "Hey Nina." She said.

After thanking the doctor for everything he's done, Eric went to to go pick up Nina from the care of the nurses and walked to the waiting room to find Mina. Nina smiled and babbled like babies would do and was quite happy to see her parents again. She wasn't particularly fond of the other newborn children in the nursery.

Mina smiled and carefully took Nina from Eric. "Thank you dear" she said kissing his cheek. She looked to Nina and kissed her forehead. "So did you have fun with the other babies?" She asked, giggling as Nina gave a bit of an upset look at the mention of the other babies. "i guess not, you're too smart for them huh?" She giggled and tickled her.

Nina giggled and grinned happily at her mother's tickling. She pushed away Mina's fingers away with her tiny hands, trying to stop the sensation all together. "Lets not say that too loud, you'll upset the other parents that way." Mentioned Eric, knowing how special Nina was to them in both senses of the word. He couldn't get over how light she was in her arms when he held her frail body.

Mina giggled and gently pushed back. "I'm going to get you Nina." She said, playing as if Nina was pushing her back. "ooh soo strong." she playfully growled. She looked to Eric then looked around, nodding some. "ok, I won't say it in public." She said, continuing to play with Nina.
