NOTE TO ALL RAIN SHINOBI...
If you have recently created a chracter in the Rain Village please feel free to RP either in the Storm-Cloud Fortress, or the Rain Village itself. However, please take into consideration that you should only be loyal to one of these two places
Storm-Cloud Fortress- The Storm-Cloud Fortress is a concealed location a handful of Rain Shinobi, known as "Loyalists" reside. They believe in the old traditions, and ways, of Rain Village culture; and remain loyal to the deceased Amekages rule.
Rain Village- The Rain Village has been over ran by the Akatsuki, a select group of ninja who rule with an iron fist. Any one who chooses to stay within the village will be under their rule, and be forced to give into their demands.
(Sorry for the vague responce Akatsuki, plz feel free to edit your guy's reasoning to make it more clear)

Damn, I get caught up for a couple days and look at what I miss.
So I guess we have the old Kage again, and the Akatsuki's gone from the Village eh?
