I smiled, "I would have to agree with you, Venus. Only someone who has a weak mind and heart would only resort to low and dirty tricks such as holding an innocent civilian hostage."
The youma became more infuriated. His voice, lower than ever. He said, "Curse you Senshi. I'm not weak. You're lying."
I replied, exactly in the same way and tone that Saturn said earlier this morning, "We don't bluff. Only weak-minded fools like you bluff just to get out of trouble."
I slowly let my right hand go to my glaive.

I started to wish that Sagitta and the others would stop making the youma so angry. The more and more angry it became the tighter his grip was. I would be surprised if I had a broken rib by now. I finally had to stop fighting as I was getting tired. I sighed a little and gave one final struggle before my strenght fell.

I looked at Hotaru. I thought, 'NOW!'
My partner inwardly agreed,
I disappeared and I unleashed my glaive.
I yelled, "Sagitta Ryu, Kaiten Ryukansen!" I struck the youma on his back, with one spinning strike, which freed Hotaru.

The youma released me and I hit the ground. I felt as if I had no strength what-so-ever. I tried to get up but found I could not. Again I tried to stand but before I could I hit the ground.

I then reappeared to guard Hotaru. I said, "I'm sorry about this. I'll do better to protect you next time."
And that's when my inner light started to shine even brighter now. My eyes narrowed, and my eyes turned violet, and I snarled, "For threating the friend of my friend and using her to attempt for your sick game, you'll PAY for this, creep."
The youma started to back away after sensing my soon-to-be released inner power. He stammered, "You... You wouldn't!"
My face remained in the same expression. I said in an emotionless tone, "You wanted my inner power, I guess I'll have to show you it..."

I looked at Sagitta. Part of me wished that it was actually Akira but then again part of me knew it had to be him. I mean, where was he...

(Time to make this clear about Akira. He's basically my Avie, but when he's pissed, his eyes turn violet.) (Sagitta) I turned to face Hotaru. My eyes went back to their natural brown color. My 'Partner' inwardly yelled,
I replied, 'Hotaru probably thinks that I'm a youma in disguise, and I want to disprove that.'
My partner asked,
I replied, 'But if she's Saturn, then of course she has a reason to be wary towards me.'
That's when I said, "I promised I would protect you. And there's no way a Knight like myself is going to back down on my word."
I turned to the youma and my eyes changed back to violet and I said, "Because I am a senshi. To protect the friends of justice and truth, that is why I exist. And my duty is to help the Sailor Senshi defeat the Dark Zodiac. And for the umpeteenth time, I won't join you!"
I tightened my grip on my glaive. I looked at Venus, then at Mercury.
I asked, "Hey, Mercury. Do you have an attack that can create a fog of some sort?"

Mercury nodded. She put her hands out. "Mercury Bubble Blast!" she cried. A light fog filled the air bluring the youma's vision.

That's when I started walking towards the youma.
He stammered, "No... Step back!"
I snarled, "You were so tough when holding a hostage, pal. It's time you paid the price for hurting an innocent!"
That's when I yelled, "Hey, Venus! It's time for a combination Chain, if you get my drift!"

Sailor Venus ran over to the knight and nodded. "Yeah I get it kid." she said. She put her hands up ready to summon her chain.

I sat there surprised. What just happened? Did he just...Was I right? I tried to stand up but I fell over. I was in so much pain it wasn't even funny.

I held my glaive in the ready position. Meanwhile, my head was spinning.
My partner asked,
I replied, 'They have the same reason for fighting, and I get the feeling you and your comrades worked alone against the DZ. It's better to have allies in battle than to have none at all.'
My partner was dumbfounded. He said,
I sighd inwardly, 'Thanks, partner.'
I said, "What are you waiting for, pal? I thought that you were going to destroy us? Well?"
And that's when the youma regained his anger and began to blindly charge at us.

Venus looked over the kid. She frowned a bit. She was really hopping that he wasn't like this all the time. She crossed her arms and waited until the kid gave a signal.
